I've had this pillow for a few months now, and I think it's great. I was a bit skeptical about this pillow, since most other memory foam pillows are just large flops for me. But this one really grew on me, and I can't sleep on traditional pillows anymore. When I first got the pillow, I was amazed at how it expanded from a rolled form, to a normal large pillow. The smell is relatively strong when you receive the product, which is why I let it air out for about 5 days. I would turn the pillow once a day to let the sides evenly air out. The smell even after 5 days was pretty noticeable, but keep in mind, I never threw it into a dryer or anything. The smell definitely goes away with time, so don't mind it too much.When I did start sleeping on this pillow, it did feel pretty resistant. If I had to compare it to some form of cushion, it is extremely similar to seats in a car. Which is why I had my initial regrets on this product. But don't let that scare you, since you do have to break in this pillow for about 1-3 weeks time. The cushion of this pillow after the breaking in period is just AMAZING. I'll try to explain how the cushioning of this pillow feels in comparison to normal pillows you get at general stores. When you get a normal pillow, it starts off as extremely fluffy for 1-2 weeks. But after that period of extremely fluffiness, you get a period of a "JUST RIGHT" sort of cushion and resistance. Then after that "JUST RIGHT" feeling that lasts for about 3-4 weeks, it is just flat from there on out. With this memory foam pillow, it is now always at a "JUST RIGHT" feeling for me. And it has been that way for months now, never feeling like it's going flat. So after you get past the initial smell and uncomfortable resistance, the pillow should feel pretty great.I'm a side sleeper, however I could easily relax on this pillow when on my back. I've actually found myself getting pretty sleepy with this pillow, just by resting on it to surf on my phone. I haven't experienced any problems of feeling too hot or cold when on this pillow, if anyone was wondering. I feel like it is easy to mold the pillow to how you want, if it somehow gets displaced. What I usually do from time to time is grab the pillow from both ends (left/right), and begin push + pulling. This usually gets the foam centered in the middle, and it naturally molds to where I rest my head.The cover that holds all the foam is actually extremely comfortable. It is very easy for me to use this pillow with or without an additional cover, and I might actually prefer it without an additional pillow cover. But I believe it is preference, I think the pillow would get dirty if you choose to sleep without an additional cover.I think if you're curious about getting a memory foam pillow, definitely try this one. I don't think it should go flat on you in any time. If you're wondering what size you should get, I would recommend going for the Queen size, since that is the one I'm speaking on behalf of. I've actually bought this pillow for 2 relatives, since I thought this pillow was pretty game changing to sleeping. But I did warn them that they did have to break the pillow in!TL;DR- Smell may be strong for others, but does go away with time- Initially has a relatively uncomfortable resistance at the start, takes 1-3 weeks to break in+ Has a very pleasant cushioning after breaking in+ Does not feel like it goes flat, even after a few months+ Feels neutral in terms of temperature, doesn't make you feel hot or cold+ Easy to mold+ Cover is comfortable+ Go for the Queen size

I Love Love this pillow so far. I've only used it the past 4 nights so far, but, I Love it. Last week, I was having an extremely difficult time in bed. I would wake up in agonizing pain. I would wake up in the morning, about 3 hours before I had to get up, my lower body, from my hips down to my feet were often numb and the other days they weren't numb, they were in extreme pain as was my lower back. I usually sleep on my back or left side but, last week, I couldn't get comfortable in any position. I thought it was soley the mattresses fault even though the mattress was only a few years old. I was initially looking into memory foam mattress pillow tops as I thought that's what I needed.I decided to first look into a memory foam pillow to see if that made any difference.Since this pillow had so many good reviews I decided to try it.When it arrived, it was actually rolled up. I unrolled it and placed it on my bed. It was Completely Flat. I had never had one of these types of pillows before so, I was feeling dissapointed initially. I didn't realize that these pillows fluff up by themselves after a couple of hours but, that night, after I came back home, I was pleasantly surprised to see that this pillow fluffed itself up.I was excited to say the least.When I initially laid my head down on the pillow, i was surprised. It was firm, yet soft and very comfortable. That first night, I actually had a very good night's sleep and slept for about 7 hours (which is very good for me) and when I woke up that morning, I wasn't in any pain. I was very happy.And the last few nights sleeping on it, I also woke up in no pain. I don't know what it is.I cannot fully say that this pillow took all the pain away, but, that's the only explanation that I can see right now.Either way, I really like it. It's a bit pricey for me, but, honestly, it's worth every penny.

I want to impart my first 14 days with this product upon you, if I can.Here's my profile for comparison:- I have a big, heavy head- I sleep on my side and sometimes my belly- I run hot, and can't stand sleep-goods that don't breatheThis is the best pillow I've ever owned, so far, with one caveat. The firmness is just right for me. It's supportive without nagging. It doesn't try to force my neck to do anything it doesn't want to, but it also doesn't let my head sink right down to the mattress. This pillow supports you like a good friend - just enough without crossing any lines.It breathes, too. It breathes like a meditation instructor: thoroughly. I've had solid memory foam pillows before that caused and soaked enough sweat as to be unsanitary before long - not this. It stays temperate and comfortable in spite of my best efforts to the contrary.Now for the caveat. The smell. Right out of the package, it's not great. It smells stale, but a level beyond simply being stale, it smells like it's making things near it smell stale. It's almost like a chemically induced stale smell. It's like an amplified version of the distinct scent of warm, wet cardboard box filled with worn socks that has been allowed to dry just a bit. And it's strong. I've aired this thing out, covered it in two cases, sprayed it with fabric odor killer, and even now it persists somewhat, though greatly diminished.Why didn't I return it? This is what shredded memory foam smells like. I have a "bean bag" chair from Sumo that's filled with the same stuff and it smells exactly the same. By matter of volume, that chair hasn't completely aired out in the 6 months we've owned it, either. This is, I think, the nature of the beast. Give it time and cope with it, it will go away. I have to dock a star for that though.To conclude, this is an amazing pillow. It's not perfect, and anyone who is sensitive to smells should be very wary.

I was hopeful but not expecting much. I was very happily surprised! This pillow had pretty good reviews overall, but I still hesitated paying so much. I've only used it one night but I'm already sold. I've been having neck problems and this pillow just seems to cradle my head and neck so that no matter how I turn, I have no pain because the pillow supports both my neck and head. Yet the pillow remains soft and comfy. My husband (who just had surgery) has kind of commandeered my new pillow, so it looks like I will need to buy one more.Update: I bought a second pillow - my husband and I love them!

This pillow helped my wife sleep again ! No more stiff neck and pain in the morning ! Highly recommend this pillow ! No initial smell to it either. Purchased this as I need a slim pillow and it is advertised as such. It is in fact thicker than the "full" pillows my wife uses. I tried it out nevertheless ,but woke up after 3 hours with a sore neck. Fortunately my wife is able to cut it open, remove about 50% of the filling and seal it by inserting a zip. Not done yet, but hopefully this will resolve it.

Not the magic sleep it was hyped up as. I found it lumpy and uncomfortable. Removing stuffing means the remaining is loose in the case making it even lumpier instead of just thinner.

Great value for the money. Tossed my worn down foam bits filled pillows for this. Old pillows had no loft. Had to keep scrunching the bits into a pile to lift my head to a comfortable level, but they worked their way flat too quickly. These are very lofty and firm until they gradually squish under the weight of my big head. Just flip them over and back to lofty and cool. Serves me well as a side sleeper. Wish the foam didn’t squish as much, but that’s just how foam works.
