Good for self watering pots
The cotton works well to wick water up from a reservoir into the pot. I'm using the wicks with PON and my plants are happy.

great customer service
Ordered this back in December 7,’19 but some what the package got lost some where and just arrived yesterday Jan 13, 2020. When the package late, seller gave info about it. I was disappointed because I needed the wick cord for my plants during my vacation, luckily all my plants were survived. Since the package did not came the date line the seller gave a refund and even willing to replace the wick cord with similar item. I appreciated that but I don’t needed, however if I known this stuff is direct from China, I would not have ordered it before Christmas. Last night, I tested the wick cord and works very well, the water flow faster when you put the wick lower water source, put it level and it will less water flow.

Works great for my self watering planters
I have self watering planters for sometime now and need to replace its wicks.For me this product just perfect and priced right.

Not a great idea
Not sure if I didn’t use it right. But the squares are too small to line any of my planters and the thread has also not worked well. Can’t recommend :(
