It is not often that I jump on the computer to write a review for a dog treat, LOL. In fact, I'm pretty sure I have never written a review for a dog treat. But I have two very aggressive chewers - one a puppy - and I have bought a LOT of dog chews particularly over the past few months. In general I find most dog treats and specifically dog chews to NOT be cheap when it comes to price but to be VERY cheap when it comes to quality.Until I met Nature Gnaws! I bought one pack of the 12" bully sticks. These are such a great value for the price that I had to jump on and write a review. The pack I bought contains 5 very sizable chews and they're super long-lasting. Best of all, they don't have that nasty smell that some bully sticks do. It amounts to basically $5 a stick which is a deal IMO for how much chew-time they bring.I tried to snap a couple photos but they were not having it because they were too busy chewing! Happy Dogs + Happy Wallet = Happy Mom!

We’ve been impressed by how long these last compared to other cheap brands! Previous Bully brands lasted 10-20 mins, these last hrs (sometimes days!! as our Dog has to take breaks in between because they last so much longer). Mild odor within the bag, but nothing bad when she chews them. We got the bigger size sticks and I think there was about 5 or 6 jumbo Bully’s in the bag - Golden shown is about 14 weeks old and she appears toBe a Size-Queen because she likes the jumbo size 👍Will definitely be getting this brand

The media could not be loaded. Updated review : Originally My 6 mo (75lb Bernese Mt dog) puppy took one sniff and ran to the back of his crate, he hated them at first. He literally would run from them and would try to hide from them, he wouldn’t chew them, he wouldn't even take them, he sniffed them and turned his head away from the chew. My puppy has had all different kinds of treats and chews and I’ve never found something he doesn’t like, but he absolutely did not like these. Maybe it was the smell cause they have a funny smell. They we’re not cheap, and you can’t return them. Given that we couldn’t send them back, we thought we would just keep trying them w our pup to see if he would ever start liking them. We tried every day and each day he was a little less apprehensive until finally after a few days he started to show a little interest until finally after about a week he finally grabbed it and started chewing on it a bit. He still wasn’t completely sure but he has finally been chewing on one. So if your dog does not like them at first you may want to keep trying because you may hv success w getting him/her to eventually like them. It seems like they are long lasting and that’s exactly what we were looking for.

I ordered these a few months ago for our Chihuahua & Beagle. After just a couple of sticks (small, skinny sticks) over several days, our Beagle became very ill; I will not share the details... I will share that I had to rush our Beagle Baby to the ER Vet and learned that she had a infection, after days of probiotics, special food and a huge bill our Beagle Baby was healthy again. I decided to reintroduce the Bully sticks for the doctor thought it was from dog food. So a few months later I gave them each bully sticks (again small skinny sticks), not even 24 hours our Chihuahua is having the same awful experience and now has to taken to the vet. DO NOT ORDER THESE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FURBABIES! I wish I had the stomach to share what our fur babies are going through, it's heart breaking!
