Great little light weight reel. Perfect for crappie fishing.

I own 8 of these reels on long speck rods. They are so smooth I've reeled in 8 pound Catfish on them with 6 lb test, the price is right and its a quality little reel.

I like the line that comes with it. You might want to discard the first 10-20 yards of line though. Reel is smooth. Still need to test the drag but it’s designed for small fish so not worried about it.

Step one: Peel off all that horrible line. It has the most memory I’ve ever encountered. One small kink and it’s stored in it’s little green brain for eternity. The reel is ok, but the drag is so easy to move I accidentally hit it and it adjusts and I’m constantly returning it to its position. Also the line religiously wraps around where the drag knob is. Overall for the money it’s fine, but could be cheaper if the cost of the junk line was taken off the price.

This is a good tool for going fishing It cast well no tangles and its strong :)

Nice little backup reel

The reel is pretty good and smooth. But the line is horrible. Buy a 4-pound Trilene from BerKley or Stren... Way better.

Very nice reel. With the light line it tangled easily but you just have to take your time and it does work.

Love the reel, nothing negative to say.Can’t beat it for the price.Perfect for panfish and strong too.
