Good quality products, easy to install

Surprisingly easy to install. Instructions were very clear. If I were to pick on one thing, I would say the keypad needs a backlight. It does not have ‘buttons’ as it is a touch control panel, so finding the ‘on’ switch is difficult in a dark room. If it had this I would fit these through my entire house!

9 out of 10 are working fine. The 10th light is not as bright as the rest of them on the cold white setting which is making it look bad. I couldn't find the way to contact the seller so decided to leave a feedback.

Very easy to install, once you allow the Alexa app to control the hao Deng app it’s as simple as telling Alexa to group which ever lights you want to whatever group you want. I bought 2 X 10 packs and have several groups with various lights and all work great with Alexa. I don’t use the control panel as I use alexa to do everything you need. Just install the smart bridge which is hidden out of the way.Very simple and would recommend these if thinking of modifying downlighting. They look great and very tidy.Just tell Alexa what colour you want them, brightness, which group or even individual lights within groups.Great product

We have 3 of these in lounge and 1 in the kitchen. Great lights work well with Alexa but if you use remote they all change colour together unless we haven’t found out how they work individually, which is possible. Can’t fault using with Alexa though.

I’ve had fun trying this set. I’d recommend it but with reservations.The lamps themselves are easy to install into 95-100 mm cutouts. LED drivers are built in, so you just have to connect their short (90mm), tethered wires to the mains, no earth required. They’re instant-on, flicker-free and bright. The 700 lm rating seems about right, so they’re easily equivalent to 50W halogens. I’ve measured power consumption at 9W when switched on and less than 1W when off.The finishes on the housings are imperfect on a couple of mine, with very slight bubbling, but, as long as they don’t get any worse (and I don’t think they will), they’ll be fine.The Smart Bridge has a US plug and is supplied with one of those suspect (to me) do-it-all adapters. See attached photos. I’m not entirely happy about that arrangement. Both items carry CE marks but of course that doesn’t mean they’ve necessarily been through any independent testing. I’m probably worrying unnecessarily but, well, decide for yourself.I’ve decided I’d be happier using these without the Smart Bridge. They work fine with the remote and seem to ‘remember’ their last setting – great. The remote needs two AAAs (not supplied). It feels very flimsy in the hand but does its job. Without the Smart Bridge, of course, the lamps can’t be operated with Alexa or Google Home.That’s as far as I’ve got so far and I’m about to disappear for two weeks’ holiday, so will have to leave it at that for now.

Amazing app control. Fitted extra control panel and Alexa bridge to mine for extra control. Very pleased.
