Rubie's Men's Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens Deluxe Kylo Ren Costume, Black, Standard US

I probably wear this more often than I should. I really like this costume. It is simple but it also looks great. The mask is only a face mask, not a full helmet. Gloves and boots are not included. Lightsaber is definitely not a part of it. The belt is cheap, which is just a thin foam design in the front with fabric to tie around the back. It's not a full belt. What I liked the least is the hood. It's small, almost like a sweater hood. Additionally, the fabric around the sleeves is almost velvet-like. The fabric that makes the hood and cape looks accurate considering the bumps and unraveling thread at the edges.All in all, it's a good cheap costume. If you're thinking of getting a costume that's not going to break the bank much and probably get a nice, one time use from, this is a good pick, but you still have to get the other accessories. I like this because of the adaptations I have made to the costume, so for me, it has been a great base-line to start my costume.

Overall I wasn't expecting a whole heck of a lot, given the seemingly more modest price and the iffy image above, I just needed to pass as Kylo Ren for the premiere on the 17th, but the costume has exceeding any higher expectations I may have had.After seeing the product image I imagined the costume would be thin and light -- on the contrary, the costume is surprisingly heavy, and the material seems to be of very good quality. The sleeves are actually ruffled and bumpy, not "painted on" like some others may have said. The belt isn't much to write home about, just a foamy kind of thing with velcro to fasten it, but it does the job and very much helps tie the outfit together. The mask, also, isn't crazy fancy but it's not terrible either; made from good quality plastic and a velcro elastic band to secure it on your noggin, as well as a mesh to see through where the visor would be. I've already purchased the more expensive, voice-changing mask from the Disney store to wear to the premier, so it's nothing but a bonus for me.Even concerning the fit (I'm 6'1", 160 lbs) it worked out splendidly. The tips of the robe hover probably an inch or two from the ground, and will benefit even more from the Funtasma Walker-130 boots I plan on getting. It doesn't feel too tight or too loose anywhere, and all in all was an excellent purchase with which I am incredibly pleased and highly recommend.Grab some black sweatpants, some boots, a pair of gloves and BOOM, you're the baddest dude this side of the Force, boys and girls.

Overall, this is a great costume for Star Wars fans. The material is heavy and not cheap feeling/looking. Comes with Kylo's unique Sith Robe, Hood and Cape which is a separate garment, and also the cool Mask and a belt. The Mask is somewhat padded on the inside and fits comfortably. You will have to provide pants, boots, gloves (if necessary), and Kylo's awesome Cross Lightsaber. I will mention that there are no cut-outs for your thumbs, as shown in the picture. I'm 6'2 and the Large fits perfect. Enjoy!

I purchased this product twice. The first time was from a non-Amazon vendor. The first costume was missing a mask like some of you have already experienced. I was reluctant to return it because inventory was getting low, but spoke to an Amazon customer service agent who helped. I returned the first costume and purchased a second one directly from Amazon.com.The second one was a complete set with several differences that I'll note in the attached photos. I think there's official Star Wars licensed costumes and third party generic ones. The second costume was definitely the official version. Here are the noticeable differences between the second costume and the first costume:- The mask was included in a sealed pack with the belt and hood nicely folded.- The robe had a few noticeable differences, such as the tag was an official Star Wars licensed merchandise tag.- The robe had a rectangular, longer velcro zip in the back, not the small circular one.- The robe had a thumb hole in the sleeves. Also, the sleeves were actually wrinkle, pleated rather than a sleeve that was painted.- The hood had an official Star Wars licensed merchandise tag.- The belt was a bit sturdier with a velcro clasp in the back, rather than just a tie. Also, official Star Wars tag was embedded on the belt.So, I suspect that the costumes that were missing items were not the official licensed merchandise.Overall, the second costume was designed much better than the first. Quality of fabric was much better. Only pain point for me was that I'm 5'8" and 130 lbs... The standard size is definitely too large and needs to be altered to fit my frame. But I'm happy with the official purchase just be cautious of who your purchase fromm.

I just received my Kylo Ren costume and everything looks great. The mask, hood, robe, and belt all give you an authentic Kylo Ren feel. The mask is lightweight and padded on the inside as well. I am 5’ 10” and 140 pounds and this fit really well for me. I purchased the standard size. If you are looking for a comfortable and good looking Kylo Ren Costume, this is the one.

I was lucky and got the black rigged sleeves, compared to others who have reviewed they got the grey crap sleeves. As also seen in another uses photo review, the mask is just a face mask and had a little scratches on top, however by feeling it & examine it, it looks like it comes like that as a design. Not too big, just looks like as if been in a battle. Fit exactly as I expected, I’m 5”8’ 195ibs, standard. Not so loose or too tight, just fit. The only thing though, is that I had ordered on a Saturday 6am est., saying it’ll be here by Friday with regular shipping. Didn’t ship until Wednesday, but actually arrived Thursday. Just had me worry it wouldn’t make it on time, as the upcoming weekend I’m going to a convention as Kylo Ren with my ultrasaber renegade! Just came with a face mask, suit, belt (wasn’t really like a belt, just a wide strip going around you) & scarf. No gloves, boots, or lightsaber. But quality & such, exactly as I would expect for $30. Satisfied and happy.

Muy buen disfraz, la tela es de muy buena calidad, tiene bonitos acabados en la túnica. Mido 1.79 y la talla standard me quedo bien, lo utilice para una convención de comics y fue un éxito. Eso si tuve que comprar por aparte el sable de luz y la mascara con distorsionador de voz (viene con mas detalle y se ve mucho mejor). La mascara que incluye el disfraz no es muy buena y estaba mal pintada.

Un ottimo costume ben fatto (materiale non scadente,penso sia cotone misto viscosa)Ho preso la Standard, mi va bene,l'unica cosa ho dovuto accorciare un pò il fondo perchè sono bassa,ma niente di che.Guanti e stivali presi a parte,il cappuccio è meglio fissarlo alla maschera,o rischia di cadere indietro (con una pallina di Patafix va a posto) e siccome attraverso la maschera si vedono gli occhi,ho smontato due lenti da degli occhiali da sole e le ho incollate così che nascondano gli occhi.mettete uno scaldacollo nero se non volete che si veda il collo.Ottimo acquisto,vale il prezzo.Spada presa a parte.
