This is my favorite kitchen faucet to install. I do property maintenance and this faucet is well designed and built, easy to install and the price is very good. The faucet supply lines come attached and are generous in length and very flexible making hooking up easy. There are washers with filters in the supply lines to keep particles from plugging up the spray head and extras are provided. You can mount it to a single or 3 -hole sink mount with the optional base. I have tried some of the similar faucets but they aren't built as well and as easy to install. Spray head is spray or stream and the spout is high arch for pot filling. Construction is stainless steel with brass mounting ring. I recommend it highly.

We purchased this faucet 4 years ago because my wife liked its look and you can’t beat the cost. We figured it might last a year or two before we’d need to replace it, but at this cost we were ok with that. To our surprise it only just started leaking from the sprayer head after around 4 years of daily use. Even with it being that old I reached out to their customer support and they were super helpful and shipped a replacement cartridge to us at no cost, which fixed the leaking issue.Installation was as easy as any other faucet you’ll buy. Great value for the money! Works exactly as advertised. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I bought this faucet to replace one on my kitchen sink. Installation was straight forward using the simple guide, took about 30 minutes from start to finish, with everything pretty much in one piece. Having a flexible 6" extension on my electric screwdriver was a big help to reach the fixing screws under the sink.After about two weeks one of the buttons on the sprayer broke. It was super easy to contact the Rulia service using the email address on their enclosed service card. I received a replacement sprayer head within a week, excellent response to a fairly minor problem. Very satisfied with the clean look and operation of this faucet.

UPDATE Oct 2022: Purchased Jan 2020. Per the information for this product, we are required to email [email protected]. I did. In March 2022. Still waiting. Still crickets. I've knocked off 2 stars because the company puts barriers in your way when you want them to make good on their promised warranty. I had to resort to searching online and found the company's website I then finally found the email address for warranty coverage. I'll send another email, but I doubt I'll be buying a 2nd faucet bc I no longer trust the company to honor their warranty, respond to emails, and to make contacting the company easier rather than difficult.In addition, the question section for this product, the Rulia representative responded said we should look in the user manual for the email address. Of course EVERYONE keeps their manuals after installing the product. Right. So then I had to ask for a copy of the manual so looked up the specific email address to use for warranty support. Turned out to be the same one I had already sent an email to 7 months prior.I LOVE this faucet! I Installed it myself about 2 years ago and have been grateful EVERY DAY bc the previous faucet was low to the sink and didn't swivel as easily as this one. The metal cleans up nicely. The control for the water flow is easy to control. You can also choose whether to position to the side or in front. I repositioned to the front because water pooled underneath handle from dripping wet hands. Spray stays on even when you turn it off (annoys me to have to reset to spray function). I'll occasionally clean the aerator with an old toothbrush and some vinegar to make sure the water sprays correctly (there'll always be sediment or calcium buildup). Good strong weight attached to hose to reseat the head. Because it's so easy to use and keep clean, I'm considering purchasing a second one for our basement apartment even though there's no problem with the one that's there. Similar faucets are much more expensive. This is an outstanding buy.

What more can I say! This is a beautiful faucet! The price is so much lower than you can find anywhere! Most like this were at least $100 more! It is made very well-sturdy and it was easy to install! The hardest part was taking the old one out! This faucet sprays powerfully! The pressure coming through is great! I love everything about it!!

Not surprised that I had to go to Home Depot and buy adapters for the hoses since campers have some variances in household appliances. Comes with a female attachment. The hot/cold hoses are smaller in diameter than my previous faucet.That said…Installing in a camper makes for extremely small space to work in, intense positioning, a good chunk of time, and very sore neck muscles the following day. Obviously this is a subjective experience. HOWEVER. faucet is installed. No pain no gain, right? Ha!The hot water connection at the end of the hose is leaking!!! Which means I am going to have to take the entire thing out to send back and install another one and hope and pray the next one is legit.My frustration is unmeasurable.
