I like this stuff. It seems to have helped my hormones balance out a bit, but I ordered these when I started a healthier diet. I have lost weight and my mood seems to have improved. I feel like they have helped with my overall quality of life.

I have been using these vitamins for 5 years. They are organic ( always look at the label ). Easy to digest. They are a bit pricey, but they are in the store too. You get what you pay for.

Very high-quality vitamin that is very easy to absorb into the body. I love that it’s made from Whole Foods ingredients and it’s just all around the best quality vitamin around.

I like the fact that this brand is third party tested, which at least gives me some assurances that what they say is in the vitamin is actually in there.These are slightly larger than some vitamins, such as Centrum and you have to take two a day (meaning this 120 -count bottle is a 60-day supply), but they aren’t difficult to swallow and have a pleasant odor and taste. There have been no ill effects from taking multivitamin.These are a bit expensive though in my opinion as opposed to other brands and at times is hard to find in stock.The vitamins are fresh and a very complete multivitamin with the nutrients needed for women over 40. My better half reported that she has been sleeping better after taking vitamins and feels more rested.4 stars

Best vitamins I’ve taken.

Pills are very large , however worth taking. The results were amazing .. No after taste or sickness. My vitamins and iron was low .. I recently had blood work now my results are normal. These vitamins are huge however they replenish what’s needed so no turning back . A must try ..
