URBAN K Womens Basic Foldable High Waist Regular and Plus Size Maxi Skirts

I washed the slate gray by hand and now it appears more navy. I wore to work and it felt so lightweight I had to check to see if was still around my waist. It felt like maybe it had fallen off! Somewhat hip hugging if yours are not perfect. Fits as shown in the picture, a slip conceals imperfections. I am usually a 16 and I got the XL. It seems to loosen slightly as the day goes along. I need thigh and tummy shapewear to smooth the lumps that won't disappear with any exercise. A nylon slip prevents the cling. Otherwise, comfortable and the colors are nice. Very soft and lightweight. It is very long and flowing on me at 5'8. I do not fold the waist but if you are shorter you probably will. I would definitely not put this in the washing machine or dryer. Nice skirt but the material is very thin. There are slightly thicker skirts available about the same price.

I just love these skirts. I have two of them and they are go-to staples. They are very flattering (I have an hourglass figure and wear it unfolded/high waisted). People always comment that I look dressed up, but these are basically my version of sweatpants!The size is also very forgiving - I’ve had a lot of weight fluctuations in the past ~4 years I’ve had them, but I can always wear these skirts and feel good.They also have held up so well, with no pilling or discoloration. I have had one of these in my cart for a long time but my originals are in such good shape I can’t justify it yet!

This arrived and fits well I'm a size small. Only problem is it had such a severe bad odor to the fabric that I had to hand wash it in strong smelling detergent to get the smell out. The smell is still there slightly but much better. Not sure if it was the sizing or the fabric or the dye. But it was really horrible

I have a hernia awaiting surgery. I absolutely can find no pants w/o elastic. Everything seemed tight until l discovered these wonderful and attractive skirts. Tops look nice tucked in or out. If you have a tummy that needs a gentle touch this the ticket! Also, I'm 5'3" 113lbs. I bought the medium in charcoal. It falls exactly at my ankle and has a slight stretch. The fabric is thick enough for modesty but not so thick as to be hot in summer.

Comfortable and fabric is soft and fits well according to the size set.

I like the skirt style but did not like folded band, medium size in black color worked for me. My hips are 43 inches and waist 35. The fabric is soft and pleasant but too thin, you can see the color or design on your underwear - must wear to match the skirt color and seamless panties. Maybe if I got large size it could've fit better in hips because the fabric but then it could be too big in the waist line. Also this type of fabric requires gentle wash and lay flat to dry to avoid uneven stretch of the fabric. I kept it for a different reason but was not very impressed by this product.

I bought the BLACK skirt to satisfy the "uniform" requirements for a one-time upcoming Christmas concert. I am petite 5'1", 112 lbs. I got the Medium. It's long and I have to fold the entire 5.5" waist band to get the maxi length. The back skirt is 100% stretchy, comfortable and breathable even in warm weather. I love the look. The skirt is easy care and line-dries quickly.Next, I purchased the BLUE butterfly print skirt. The color is printed on, so it doesn't run. it's very pretty and it's made of a different fabric, a silky, smooth nylon which really like. I think this one will be my favorite and I have several tops I can pair with it.I also purchased a RED skirt. It has the same material as the black skirt, a soft, stretch knit; comfortable and breathable and the red color pairs great with my sleeveless red-yellow print top, which is part of a uniform. To prepare the skirt, I rinsed it in cold water and hung it to dry. I was a little dismayed that a few small splotches developed I suppose from the dye resettling. So, I rinsed it again hoping to even out the color but instead wound up with bigger and more obvious splotches making the skirt unwearable as I was going for a dress-up look. For me, the splotches would be ok for casual use or as a beach cover-up, but I don't need that, so I am returning the RED skirt and keeping the BLACK and BLUE skirts.

So very comfortable and stylish. Soft material that stretches with you. Perfect long length with fold over waist that could function as a halter top dress if you want. Fun
