I'm absolutely thrilled with this ProsourceFit Tri-Fold Exercise Mat! My daughter is a budding gymnast and loves practicing handstands and cartwheels on it. The 6’x2’ size provides ample space for her to move around, and the thick material offers excellent shock absorption. I was impressed that despite buying a used product, it looks brand new - a testament to its quality and the previous owner's care. The carrying handles make it easy to transport and store. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and durable exercise mat. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!

I was an athlete, including wrestling in college and the Army...I know exercise mats and they come on several grades. They are wrestling mat quality where our mats run $15,000 - 30,000. They are high end foam and durable covering. I would equate these mats to that grade. They cushion yet firm and very comfortable... They may even become my new camping mats...They are well worth the price and have already paid off in the first two weeks of owning them. I bought one for my wife too and she loves hers.... Stretching and working out is much better and easier now than a hard floor.

I received my mat yesterday, which could not have been more fortuitous. I had been doing serious landscaping work in my yard and my poor, arthritic back was screaming and weeping. Lo and behold, this mat allowed me to do the floor exercises my physical therapist recommended in a comfortable, nay, pleasant way.I have had arthritis since age 16. Floor exercises have been a consistent bugaboo for me, because hard surfaces put too much strain on my knees and wrists. Yoga mats are almost worse, especially if they're textured. This mat eliminated that problem; the first time that's happened outside of physio!It's compact and easily stowed; the rectangular shape is very much appreciated, as it slips neatly and effortlessly into my closet. I like the color, also--it's bright and cheery and gives just that little something extra to look forward to in a workout.Now to the downsides/potential downsides:It definitely has a strong plastic odor. Not at all uncommon with products like this. I hope airing it out will help with that. I aired it for a couple of hours before using it yesterday; by today there is still some lingering odor. Be mindful of this if you're sensitive. I expect that this is a temporary issue.The cover already has some areas where it seems puckered, and repeated stress could possibly wear it out fairly quickly. Time will tell. There are no egregiously sloppy stitches or design flaws. I choose to expect the best, but I'll certainly update as time passes.If you're like me and struggle with floor exercises on hard surfaces, do yourself a HUGE favor and get this mat.

This mat is quite firm. I was hoping for a bit softer, BUT it will likely soften with use I'm guessing.I laid on it as soon as I got it, and at 5'6.75", it fits comfortably!The main reason I got this mat is to do floor exercises, but be able to get up OFF the floor without hurting my already damaged knees (I have fallen onto my knees twice in three months, and they both are still recovering). This mat does the trick! My knees don't hurt just getting up. It was the first time in several months that I've been able to get off the floor without pain or help.Color is true to picture. Very nice.There isn't any grippy material on this mat at all. I hope that isn't going to be an issue for me, but if it is, I'll be able to figure out something myself I'm sure.

The mat works great, its easy to clean and hasn't torn. It's durable and great for kids.

I am very impressed with these, I bought two of them thinking that I would need the extra padding doubling them, but now I have them spread out and the padding is very dense so great for under bar for a crash pad I can jump down to them have nice cushion and fell down once now and I am surprised that I felt nothing. I am using them to rehab my knee and I can kneel down and do exercises that I was too afraid to do on the floor.
