KIDDE COMBINATION SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE VOICE ALARM WITH BATTERY BACKUP KNCOSM1B KNCOSMIB KN COSM IB KN COSM 1B

I ordered the Kidde KN-COSM-IB alarm (smoke, carbon monoxide, etc.) thru Amazon.com sold by BELG SUPPLY. I am writing this review to commend the customer service I received from BELG SUPPLY. There are many different types and model numbers for these type of alarms and BELG SUPPLY went above and beyond making sure that they were sending me exactly what I needed and that the manufacturer, Kidde, made some changes to their combination detectors. The assured me that what they were sending was the same unit and it would fit the current mounting bracket. BELG SUPPLY even sent me assurances and guaranteed that I could return the unit is unhappy at their expense. I received the unit today, tested to make sure it was working properly and mounted it to the existing bracket. I tested it again and everything works super! Thank you BELG SUPPLY!

Perfect replacement for my old alarm. No need to replace old mounting bracket or electrical connection. Belg contacted me letting me know that the alarm didn't look the same as the old one but would fit and work the sameThey even included a priority mail envelop to return the product if I was unhappy with it which they would pay for.Very pleased with the alarm and especially the customer service from Belg Supply.Oh...Almost forgot, the package came with cute little Halloween stickers all over it and peppermint candies inside.WHO DOES THAT!!!

I bought this alarm to replace a Kidde that came with the house and died after seven years because it is totally compatible and therefore easiest to install. Works perfectly and I am extremely satisfied with the product. Thanks, Amazon!

Plug and play replacement.

Unit works well - please note it looks a bit different from prior models with the same part number, but plugs into the 3 wire connection fine, and fits the mounting bracket.Belg also personally reached out to make me aware of this difference, and provided a priority mail return envelope if I wasn’t satisfied.This is outstanding service - harder and harder to find today, and wanted to take a moment to appreciate and highlight that they went above and beyond expectations.

I recently purchased a KN-COSM-1B unit to replace an aging unit. The package arrived quicker than expected. The unit is exactly what I am looking for and immediately worked with the existing system. But 5 stars truly goes for the extra effort put in by whomever processed and shipped this package at BELG. The package included a letter that explained the appearance difference from the picture to help make sure I was getting the correct one. They also included a return envelope to facilitate an exchange of needed (and a couple mints and extras beyond that) - it really shows how much they care about my family's safety and customer wellbeing. Thank you BELG for having such a high standard for customer service!
