Although I guess it is very healthy considering the nutrients in it, the taste really isn't good and I had difficulty finishing the packet. If you still want to buy it consider grinding it and mixing it with something else.

Expired Seeds
This item is perishable and it was expired by a month. Seeds are dangerous to eat if they go rancid. Apparently I can’t return it either. Will never order from this vendor again. Not a happy customer.
