The media could not be loaded. This is very bright and has 2 brightness settings and has a strobe setting. It fixes with rubber bands . The battery has a velcro strap for fitting. The charger simply plugs in and then you connect to battery pack . The battery pack lasts ages . . Also I like that it comes with and head strap.

Great light for my e scooter , it's very brightSomeone wrote in their review that its only about 1000 lumen but I cannot see how that is possible as the one I have is brighter than the two lights on my scooter and my scooter lights are very bright . The battery isn't great though as it does burn out very fast due to all that brightness .

Unbelievably bright. Turns night into day.

First impressions were good. Solid enough given the price, and with a nice pouch for the battery (although strap looks long). Needed a fair amount of time for the wall wart's LED to go from red to green to indicate it was fully charged. The button on the back of the light goes green if the battery is OK. Options are very very bright or very bright or very bright very fast strobe - I find that the description is accurate here. Take care to mount it such that you don't blind/annoy oncoming traffic. I would prefer a slightly slower strobe and perhaps a couple more reduced brightness levels. Mounted on handlebar no problem and battery pack stashed in top bar bag - all good so far.Didn't need it for riding purposes, so left battery back disconnected* from light over two or three days before coming back to it - thought I'd better check how well it would work at night... connect battery - nothing doing! So, back to wall wart for a top up... wall wart led is red! but only for a few minutes, and we're back in business. Very odd... doesn't it keep charge? or is there a problem with the charging circuit that means it needs a boost? I'll be a bit annoyed if I have to carry the charger to/from work as well. I'll see how I get on and update.Yes, it comes with an 8.4v 1A wall wart for charging - this isn't a USB / 5v device.Also comes with a dinky little rear light - runs off 2xCR2032 coin cells, just barely useful as backup for a proper rear light at a push. Best thing about these is that battery life seems to be really good, and when they do finally go you've probably got another freebie already in the toolbox - or a couple of coin cells and it's back in business.* I've had a similar unit previously and had to disconnect when not in use, as battery is drained if you leave it connected, so assumed this would be the same story.

Bought this for my other half as he cycles in to work and it was not worth the money. The light broke within a week and also you have to charge like a pack that sits with it at all times and then the charge pack powers the light. It only lasts one day because there is no way to turn the light off. So he has to charge it every night. Well now it has broken we won't be getting another one.

Well Impressed! What a torch for the money

Great light.well made. Maybe a little bulky for day time cycling but great at night as lights up the road. I've only used it a couple of times about 12 miles in all and not had to charge it. Myonly gripe is it came with an EU plug

It's amazing how cheap these have gotten.I bought a model very simular to this about 5 years ago and it cost £70. Bought this one cause I couldn't find mine. Got it and charged it and the next day I found it at my mums lol. Put them both on side by side and there's no difference. Perfect for lighting up your path while cycling. Just dont point it at oncoming traffic. It'll daze

non è la prima torcia di questo tipo che acquisto, amo andare in bicicletta anche in notturna e sono ben attrezzato.Dati reali:questa torcia come tutte le sue simili non promette esattamente quanto descritto: i lumen sono molto meno, per ottenere 8000 serve un led da circa 70W, impossibile da alimentare con una batteria come quella inclusa: servirebbero 9A.premesso questo, sapendolo, devo dire che la luce reale è molta, sufficiente a guidare in perfetta sicurezza, e con ottima visibilità. direi che i lumen reali possono essere circa 1000. Consuma circa 1,5A a 8.4V. per fare un paragone, una lampada alogena di una autovettura, da 55W, produce meno di 1000 lumen.Batteria:La batteria dura 1h 50m al massimo, circa il doppio a metà luminosità. la capacità è di 6000mAh: è costituito da 6 batterie da 2000mAh, due serie da 3 paralleli (2s3p). Il venditore scrive 12000nAh, ma non sono reali: si moltiplicano solo i dati del parallelo. Fa quindi batteria 8.4V e 6000mAh. Comunque decenti: visto il costo! La sola batteria potrebbe costare 20euro. Io avevo bisogno di più di due ore alla massima potenza per muovermi nei boschi in sicurezza, quindi mi sono costruito una batteria da 10000mAh reali, con cui giro per circa 4h a piena luminosità. Investimento: 18euro, tanto per dare l'ordine di grandezza dei costi.Ricarica:La ricarica è lenta. ci vogliono 8 ore almeno... pensavo di modificare il pacco in modo da usare il mio caricabatterie professionale che uso per le batterie autocostruite.Il pacco è protetto da un circuito integrato che previene dallo scaricamento eccessivo e ne gestisce la ricarica. la cosa "fastidiosa" è che sotto un certo livello di carica taglia completamente l'erogazione, quindi rimani al buio. L'altra lampada che possiedo, permette invece di essere usato ancora ma solo al livello minimo di consumo. almeno arrivi a casa...Dissipazione termica:La lampada scalda, parecchio. Non è indice di scarsa qualità: i watt da dissipare sono circa 15, la forma della torcia non è molto efficiente nel dissipare, soprattutto in assenza di movimento di aria. E' normale che dopo un po' si scaldi. Montata sulla bici il problema non si pone affatto, il movimento dell'aria mantiene la temperatura normale, attorno ai 45°.FascioIl fascio è buono, circa 10° di apertura. si vede a circa 100m come di giorno. attenzione a non abbagliare le vetture: l'ottica è tale che molta luce va anche in alto. Io lo uso principalmente fuori strada o come "faro alto", assieme ad un altro faro con un ottica che produce un taglio come i fari di una vettura. insieme, ho profondità e luce in abbondanza.Reagalo:nel pacco è incluso una luce posteriore dalla ottima visibilità. non è ricaricabile: la modificherò perché lo sia e la userò al posto di quella che possiedo: funziona davvero bene!Conclusione:Quindi nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto, lo ricomprerei sapendo quel che compro: i soldi spesi sono ben investiti.
