Excellent quality, no additives
As someone else noted, this is quite a bit of coconut milk...roughly equivalent to 6 standard off-the-shelf cans. It is possible to freeze it in smaller quantities for future use, so don't feel pressured to use it all up within a week. When my children were visiting, we used it to make quite a few batches of vegan ice cream (3 to 4 cups coconut milk, 1/3 cup honey, a bit of guar gum, then other flavorings as desired...or if using frozen or fresh fruit, reduce the coconut milk accordingly). It worked just beautifully, so evidently it has a reasonably high fat content. (see the Comments for some Recipes). There are no additives or thickeners in this product...just pure, silky smooth organic coconut milk.

Good canned coconut milk
This is a massive can. I mean huge! It's a virtual planetoid. It's got it's own weather system. The can says consume within four days of opening but I honestly think that refers to keeping it at room temp and not in the fridge. I'm sure it keeps in the fridge for a week or two. Don't take my word for that, least you be met with late night tummy rumbles at the end of week two. Do what you feel is right. I'm not necessarily the best person to review this cuz I literally hate coconut milk but then again you know I'm being honest when I say this is fresh tasting and not "canny" like some canned liquids can be. I've given up cream in my coffee and although this is not an acceptable alternative in it's natural state, I intend to make a blend that I might like more. If you love coconut, trust me, this is coconut-tastic!My husband totally loved the stuff. Drake it all up in less than a week. He's a fiend!

Only Coconut Milk I'll Buy
I want to start by saying that this is the only coconut milk I will buy. I've gotten off every other kind of milk and only drink coconut milk, so I really enjoy the big 96-oz size. It's very creamy, high in good fats, goes well in coffee, cereal, curries, etc. The only thing I could complain about is the shipping and lack of handling. I've ordered 5 cans of this at various times and every time it comes in a crappy box and the cans are dented making it hard to open, but that's not the fault of the company who makes the milk, that's all on amazon/UPS.

Love the product. . . but
it is way too much. I bought the large can after reading through various sites that you can freeze coconut milk. Yes, you can freeze it--but it is not the same at all. The texture changes and it's never quite as smooth as before it's frozen. I froze at least 8 bags, and they all turned out the same (which was not good). So, while I absolutely love this product, I give it 3 stars because it's way too much for my use and freezing is not an option. If you need large quantities and will use it up fairly quick, this is the product for you.

Coconut Milk Extraordinaire!
We use this everyday in multiple ways! So thankful to a friend that turned me onto it! :) In our green smoothies for breakfast, in stir fry sauces, in desserts, everything. It is rich & creamy with a wonderful texture & taste. Adds flavor, body, wonderful fat (medium chain triglycerides) that are SO good for your body! I also love being able to purchase the 96 oz can. We pour it into a old apple juice bottle (gallon size) & it stays fresh for 7-10 days. If it lasts that long!! :)

Good product, ridiculous size
It's nice to find coconut milk without any extra additives. I am very happy with the quality of the milk, but if you are not sure of just how big 96oz is, be warned: This is quite literally a paint can of coconut milk. You are supposed to use it within 5 days of opening, so be ready to consume a lot of coconut!

Latas golpeadas
Pedí 5 latas y todas están golpeadas, ya no se si seguir comprando acá, el sabor de la leche es increíble pero realmente no es aceptable que todas las latas lleguen en mal estado.

Best coconut milk for yogurt and cooking
I love this coconut milk. I use it as a base for non-dairy yogurt, as well as a substitute for dairy in curries and dals.
