The Best Solution Ever!
We live in the Pacific NW and it rains... a lot. We had Leaf Guard on our gutters and they were horrible. The tiny mesh screens clog constantly; if you do not clean them every couple of weeks, the water cascades right over the mesh and onto the ground. These Gutter Brushes are fantastic. You slide them in, cut if needed to fit, and you are done. Water drains perfectly, no mess, and if you ever need to clean them, it's fast and easy.

Good Option for Keeping Your Gutters Clean
I did a lot of research on different gutter cleaning/guard systems and came to the conclusion no system is 100% effective. I decided on GutterBrush due to the combination of cost and ease of installation/removal.I live in Upstate New York and decided to try a test run on my garage in the fall of 2012 to see how the system would work in all seasons. The garage is surrounded by a large maple (it actually hangs over my garage) and there are also a large number of maple, spruce and willow trees nearby. Installing the GutterBrush was a breeze -- took under 30 minutes to do 40 lineal feet (all straight) on two sides of the garage. The only problem I can see is if you have to cut the GutterBrush to make it fit as the metal is pretty thick; fortunately I did not have to do this but you would probably need to use a hacksaw or a real good pair of metal shears. The brushes do bend so making a corner should not be a problem. Plus you do get different size brushes so mixing and matching is possible. In terms of doing its job the GutterBrush has performed quite well through a somewhat mild winter and a very wet spring. The water flows quite easily and I have not had any issues with my gutters overflowing in any season. Yes you will get some odd leaves that get stuck in the brushes but they do eventually either fall off or decompose; I suppose it is a matter of personal preference in what you look at as I know others have complained about this. You can also see a bit of the GutterBrush sticking above the gutter but to me it does not look that bad. I also plan on removing the GutterBrush once every year or two to really clean the gutters well but this should be quite easy due to the design, something that makes this system more appealing than others on the market.Since no system is 100% that is why I gave this only 4 stars but I am quite pleased and since my test case went so well my plan is to do the rest of the house later this year with GutterBrush.

Very easy to install
So far, so good. The Gutterbrush was very easy to install. I purchased 60 ft. of product as a test to see if it would work. I installed it in the areas where we get the most leaves and pods falling into the gutters. Unfortunately, the majority of the leaves had already fallen by the time I had purchased it so I was not able to see the full efficacy of the product. I am hoping it will ultimately work well. We've only had a few snows so far, so I haven't been able to see if it will also help with ice dam build up, which we have problems with. If all works well, the price will have been quite good and I will purchase more product to fill the remaining gutter space. I will write a follow-up review when I see what things look like in the Spring.

No solution is 100% These are most effective for me
I am surrounded by large mature oak trees. Both red and white oaks. I have tried just about every type of gutter guard in this universe and none are completely effective, It is always a trade off between manual labor and property damage. The curved gutter guards that depend on the surface tension of water to "follow the curve" back into the gutter are made useless by the stringy spring oak "seaweed" Peaks and valleys on your roof focus both water flow and debris making a bad situation only worse. The fine hole screen version can be plugged up by tree pollen and endless cottonwood fuzz that makes my yard look like it snowed in July. These screen guards can also be made useless by ice, causing melt water to bypass the gutters completely. I have subterranean drains into my far back yard so I can't afford to have them get plugged up. The gutter brush units are vulnerable to sparrows and chickadees cutting off bristles for nesting material. See photo. The gutter brush works overall the best and keeps debris out of my drain tubes. I have to clean them maybe twice a year. Since the gutter brush is flexible it is undamaged from roof snow avalanches and falling branches. Hazards that destroy other types. Even with the birds shopping them for nest material I get about a 15 year life out of them. I find them the best option for a poor situation.

not only goes in the gutter easily, it fits perfectly
I always read the 3 stars first, so I'm posting this as 3 stars when its really a 5star product. I tried the foam inserts, which work quite well, but they rot after time (3 years or so) and its hard to get pine needles out of the foam. Gutterbrush, not only goes in the gutter easily, it fits perfectly, meaning its easy to get in and out, so if you have to clean debris out of it, you simply pull it out, shake out the debris and put it back in. It allows water to flow through it even when pretty packed with leaves and needles. And the bonus, you can bend it to shaper around corners etc. This is a great idea and a great product, highly recommended.
