Great
This is my second one. I love it and use it often. Perfect for counting and detecting fake bills. It does not separate or detect what bill it truly is but well worth the money.

DO NOT BUY
Bought this machine a couple months ago and it worked okay for about 3 weeks. Now it's got countless error codes and I can't count bills on it. I just have to continually press " restart" to get it to count a single bill. I'll fix one error code and it'll just pop up with a new one. Even resetting doesn't fix the issue.Usually has a counterfit bill error code even before running bills through it.Can no return it as I'm outside of the time frame but I would not recommend buying this product.

No instructions
The unit was not shipped with operating instructions, which makes me think it wasn’t “New”

It was great while it lasted
The machine worked for about 8 months and became un-useable. This seems to be a common issue ( but unacceptable)with these machines. I bought the warranty so hopefully, I don't have to pay shipping or other fees for their malfunctioning product. I will update this review if the issue is resolved

Changed models and this one is jams almost ever time
Not as happy with this model as my previous one. This one I have had the hardest time with adjusting it I constantly get jams on auto feed and less on manual feed. But it is jamming a lot my old one never did. Frustrated!
