Anytime I eat something that doesn't agree with me, I take four of these in the middle of the night at least 2 hours after my pills or eating. It works so well to get rid of toxins. Just so you'll know, it will turn your stools black but it's worth it to get rid of the toxins. I feel better after taking it.
