Great board for my 7 year old kid
My kid has this foam top as well as a Kona Surf Co skim board that he loves. Had to reach out to Kona Surf for a question and they were super responsive and helpful!!

Great learning board for kids
Great learning board, my 6 and 8 year old both learned on it in one day and despite getting knocked in the head the foam kept them from injuring themselves.

The best board to learn on and rip on for the money/ best grom board
This board is gnarly. I got it for my 5 year old daughter for her birthday and despite it coming in the box extra beat up from the delivery service... My daughter loved it. It has great volume and the rocker and shape is great. The board even has rolled rails unlike the other soft top boards I’ve seen out there. I can even rip on the board and I weigh over 200lbs. If you are stepping down from a longer board or even beginning and less than 180lbs or have a little grom, this board is great. The ability to use fcs fins is also an awesome touch. Perfect safe board to learn on and beat around. Should last for year. Nice job Kona.
