I ordered multiple sets for different shoes. They work great in my work shoes and walking shoes. I tried them in my sneakers and found that the arch support is in the wrong location and it causes a squeak in these shoes. They are slightly wider, which may be the issue, so I just will not use these in those shoes. Seems to be fine in all my other shoes.

I don't ever write reviews for stuff I buy on Amazon but these made a HUGE difference. I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for a year now. It went away for like 3 months but when it returned 6 months ago it came back strong. I am in the military and not only are we always running but we are on our feet all day long. I was having immense pain throughout the whole day. I was given 2 different type of inserts that help for only a week or 2 so I decided to find my own. These are AMAZING! They have so much arch support that others don't and that's what I needed. My PF isn't gone but with ice, tennis ball rolling, my night splint and these inserts it is 10x better! I highly recommend them. I will keep buying them if I need to. They are worth the money.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THESE!!! I have been through every single insole out there. I run. A lot. And I need a great insole that can keep up with the mileage I put in per week. I have very high arches and my right foot tends to turn out a bit when I run. These insoles fix that! Some insoles gave me knee pain. Some gave me back pain. These are great and took all the little pains away. I can run forever in them. Give them a try. If you've tried everything else and feel like there's no "perfect" insole to fit your running needs, these might be the one. They were for me and my feet are weird.

These inserts are perfect for me. I do not have the pain I used to have and I have tried at least 10 different inserts.

Awesome....work really. Really well...I would highly recommend these....I have worn orthotic s ..for a very long time... just returned a pair for$475.... that sucked. The first hour you notice the insert.....after that the next day they feel great...fit my shoe perfect no cutting I wear 6.5 boys..or 8.5 women's. I could buy 12 pair and be happy for a long time

Not as rigid as I'd like, and arch support not quite high enough for me, but pretty nice cushioning. Works well with some shoes but kind of expensive for what you get. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who is on their feet all day.

I have tried several arch supports and this is by far the best I found. They are a bit larger than most and I did have to trim them a bit near the toes. But they are very comfortable and my arches no longer hurt.
