Holds an 80 pound heavy bag well enough, however would recommend getting stronger lag bolts if being used on a wood beam, had one that snapped off while attaching to the beam, hadn't started to tighten it down yet.

I used to use eye hooks to hang my bag. After breaking 2 hooks, I think this will be much more robust.
