This is a great medicine ball. It surprises you at first because it seems deceptively light until you pick it up. I love tossing it into the air and catching it for a work out. Good to grip. I actually incorporate it into an introduction ice breaker at a youth group and the kids love it as they introduce themselves in a circle while tossing and catching the ball

Not 14” diameter, slippery
I’m really surprised this ball has such good reviews. It is not the standard 14” diameter as advertised. It is a few inches larger, which is very noticeable when doing certain exercises.It is also dense, and slippery. I returned for a another product that is far better.

Great for rotational exercise - baseball specific
Seems durable. I throw it against a brick wall and on the floor of my basement but will update on the long term durability. Also, the ball was bigger than expected!
