How is this putting out 21,000 lm when rigid only puts out 11,900 for the same thing?

Hello, these series use the top CREE 5W chips. Together with our careful tuning of optics. The illumination and lumens are higher than most of the light bar on the market.

Do these have the same issues as 2 row lights with noise/whistle?

Yes they do. I installed mine on a 2013 Jeep JK and had whistling starting at approximately 35mph. Tried the door sweep, door edge trim, and different mounting position. Still whistles

Do i have to use 4wdking wiring harness or can i use a different one?

They are all pretty much the same for the most part. Getting the one from 4wdking would be the safest bet but Nilight, which I used, makes great harnesses for a good price.

May i just buy the bracket?
