I bought one just to try, because my patellar was really becoming a problem. I put this thing on and the pain honestly goes away. It’s super low profile and I wear it all day on my feet and it doesn’t become uncomfortable. I came back to buy a second so I can clean one and let it dry. People complain about spending $20 dollars, but it’s worth it and not complaining about knee pain is priceless!

This knee strap from Mueller appears to be FAR superior to my previous knee strap from different major brand, primarily due to being adjustable on both sides of the knee. You can get it as tight as you want and it stays put. The only variable is if the velcro lasts. This Velcro holds the strap tight, so hopefully it will last with daily use (my previous strap did not last or hold the strap tight nearly as well)

Much much better than the Mueller regular knee straps. I've bought them for years but the velcro eventually always wears off and it gets so annoying. But these are double the price but so worth it. Wish I found these 3-5 years ago. I have to strap up my knees for hiking or running miles. Just buy this brand, order 2! Because the price is only for a single knee.*Mueller just sell these as a pair already

UPDATE: still the best I've found and holding up after more than a month of daily use. I thought the extra padding, plastic loops or velcro might deteriorate, and the velcro has gotten a little tired, but it all still functions. Good to see it back in stock. I wish I didn't need it, but glad to have it while I do.PREVIOUS: So far, after just a few days of regular use, this strap seems to be an improvement over comparable devices, including the mueller jumpers strap, and even some more structured braces. It is easy to put on, simple to adjust, light and fairly comfortable, and I've found it unusually effective at relieving lingering pain after an injury. As a plus, it has a very low profile and fits discreetly under most clothing. I'm not sure how long it will hold up long term and it does cost at least twice as much as similar products. Also, it now appears to be out of stock or perhaps discontinued, though I did find them all for sale on the Mueller website.

I’m on my feet at work at least 6hrs and my left knee started hurting bad, I ordered this patella strap in hopes of easing if not all then some of the discomfort. I just wore it at work yesterday and didn’t realize until I got home that I wasn’t in pain. Whatever is wrong with my knee is decidedly helped by this strap, will have to try it again.
