My Sirena has no blue on her arm fins or her tail, it just fades from white to black and her hair is shorter. Do I have a variant or a factory error?

There is no blue on the body of my doll, just the black and grayish-white. I don't understand what you mean about the hair - shorter than what? On mine the hair goes below the waist. But I'm no expert, just looking at the doll I have.

Are most of the Sirena dolls able to stand easily

Our doll still stands fine. We've had her for two months and my girls play pretty rough with their dolls.

I think that after the phase of playing with dolls is finished, in my experience 10 to 12, there is a phase of either doll collecting or customizing.(for me, the latter is true.) Monster high is normally best around d the end of the play phase, with the removable arms, as they get detached and lost quite easily. Great for collectors, customizers and players alike!
