Really disappointed. I was excited to start taking this but I could barely choke down the first shake. I’ve taken powdered collagen in the past so I know it has a bit of an awkward taste but this was just plain gross. I asked RSP if I could exchange or try a different flavor but never heard back. So far I like their fat burner and cla pills. I guess I’ll have to find something else for collagen.8/15/20 Update- I received a very courteous email from Customer Support at RSP asking if they could help Resolve the issue of me not liking this flavor. They offered to send a new flavor or refund if I didn’t think I would be satisfied. Very happy with their customer service and received a replacement in chocolate which I haven’t tried yet but I’m glad they’re at least give me the option.

I bought it for all the benefits listed and it tastes better than a whey protein powder but I need the protein as well. So I've been using it along with a whey protein powder, which is pretty nasty tasting.Best way I've found is to mix the correct amount of this product with ½ protein powder and 3 ounces of Activa vanilla yogurt as well as a bit of honey. Make sure to use a blender or emersion type to get all the lumps out. I've tried mixing with strawberries, bananas and other berries but I like the yourt and honey the best.

Update 10/19/2020 - I am updating my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Since my 1 star review I was reached out by a rep of the company and they were interested in why I didn't like the product and wanted to refund me the amount I purchased this item for, since I didn't like it. I was very impressed that they took the time to care why I was unhappy and wanted to make it right. While this product didn't work for me, (the taste was nasty) I will definitely try another product from this company due to great customer service.I only tried this once in my morning smoothie and the taste was terrible and I haven’t tried it again.

I was drawn to this collagen product because I like to mix it into my coffee in the morning and it mixes in well, especially with the help of my frother. My biggest complaint would be the taste. It's manageable when mixed in to a smoothie or my oatmeal, but having it just with my coffee the stevia/sweetener is way too strong for me. It over powers the coffee in my opinion. I think I will try a different flavor next time or unflavored. I also love that this collagen is grass fed! Definitely would recommend if you like vanilla and stevia.

I ordered this and due to the pandemic it was delayed, which I totally get. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed because the seal was broken so the powder was loose in the box and made a bit of a mess. Because of sanitary reasons I didn't feel comfortable consuming this as it wasn't properly sealed, and Amazon sent a replacement. That was kind of a mess but it's finally been sorted out. ANYway lol, after all of this I was finally excited to try it and...it tastes awful. I'm a vanilla-over-chocolate person so I got the vanilla and it tastes like crushed cardboard to me, or what I would expect that to taste like. I will keep trying different drink variations with it, but I've done this a few times now and it just isn't good. However, I WILL say I do believe I've noticed a subtle difference in my complexion and hair since drinking it, so I'm gonna suck it up haha. As someone who is always looking to find ways to get more vitamins and nutrients into my diet, I think this is a good product. Next time I will order a different flavor for sure.

I've used this for a week now so this isn't a complete review, but a start. First of all, the chocolate flavor is DELICIOUS. Second, once it's mixed, it stays mixed! RSP products have always been fantastic about that with their powder mixes. No need to shake before every drink (although I do out of habit from less quality mixes), nothing settles to the bottom. Third, I've noticed it has helped fuel me along with suppressing my appetite. Im not on any fancy diet, not keto, nothing strict, I just sometimes don't get as much food in me as I'd like so I rely on liquids to keep me going. This avocollagen helps curb my hunger as well as helps me finish my work. Im not sure if it's suppose to, but it does, and ive noticed even a few pounds lost because im not running for snacks if I have my drink mixed. As for skin/hair/ joint benefits, haven't used it long enough to notice anything other than my skin "glowing" but ive been using other peptides before this so I can't give an honest opinion yet, but I'm sure the benefits are there.

I suddenly could not find the Collagen I used to use so I bought this as a back up. I did like the chocolate flavor but the serving size was 2 scoops. Well, I put this in my morning coffee and 2 scoops was just overwhelming. It would make a smoothie super delicious but Im not a regular smoothie drinker and I take collagen daily. I did finish it all but most likely won't buy again because of the serving size. Again, if you're a smoothie drinker or really need chocolate flavored collagen then this is for you!

I wanted to at least NOT dislike this supplement-after all Jennifer Aniston seemed to enjoy it !But the chalky taste made it a real sacrifice to injest.

Sadly this product did not meet my expectations. I really wanted it to and need it to!I’ll try give a balanced opinion. The pack was only half full when received which got me off onto a suspicious footing with the brand. I then read another customer had the same experience.Good points are the smell isn’t too bad... The vanilla smells good. The product dissolved well into a hot drink in fairness so can’t criticise that either, but the taste of cow bones is just too strong and shines through my coffee. I am not a lover of too much artificial sweeteners as I think they remind me how unnatural a product is, the Stevia is understandably trying to disguise the bovine taste but it just adds another element of sickliness to wretch over. My tummy tightened up after consuming and Im a person where no normal foods are off menu so not a picky eater ( in fact picky eaters annoy me!) I did not tolerate it well, feeling slightly nauseous for a few hours afterwards.I also write to the company for reassurance over CJD and BVE ( mad cow disease) and didn’t receive a reply which was disappointing and didn’t bode well.,If you are adamant you want to get collagen into your body I would say don’t try add it to coffee but maybe disguise it in a fruit smoothie or other option.I’m not that desperate so will be throwing it away unfortunately

Doesnt dissolve too well. I like to make mine then leave in the fridge for an hour before drinking. This one has residue after 30seconds and doesnt dissolve too well. Does not meet expectations. Will go back to my usual one.
