The zize is the same like in the description i am 8.5

I'm size 8 and if it's me like 7 1/2 my wife gets to keep them I believe she's 7 in women's shoes

It is water-resistant, but can soak if you step in a puddle or submerged them. If they get soaked just throw in the dryer on tumble dry.
