HakkoSoldering Iron Tip, T18-C3 (3mm)

Works well for SMD work. Have not tried it for super tiny components, but seems to work well for most hand solderable applications

Used them for making microscope slide jewelry, I like them I kept burning up my other tips these hold up well if you follow the directions on how to tin them and clean them, ordered two more.

There's no arguing that Hakko products are top of the line for soldering, but this tip really takes it to the next level. Delivers heat super effectively on any gauge of wire or pad. This is the only tip I will ever need.

I bought this tip for use with my adjustable soldering iron so I could repair a HDPE rain barrel. The wide tip helps melt and smooth as much plastic as possible at once.

Really great tip. I enjoy using it for SMD. It is good for sometimes keeping some solder on the tip so you can apply it to surface mount legs of chips and drag it across.

ラジコンのモーターターミナルのはんだ作業のために買いました。熱容量が大きいはんだ対象の時は、やはり接触面積が必要です。当方、はんだごてはハッコーの601を使用していますので、温調機能も有効に働きますね。角の部分を上手く使うと細かい仕事も出来ますので、今ではペンシルタイプの先っちょに代わってこいつを付けっぱなしです。厳密に言えば、露出面積の関係からペンシルタイプの方が省エネな気もしますけどね。慣れると、平たい部分ではんだをせき止めたり、角を押し潰したり(つまり、ゴマカシw)が出来るので便利です。

このこて先は使えます。今回これとこてはちゃんとした製品を買いました。いままで安物ですましていましたが、少しのコストをかけることで作業の効率と精度向上を感じます。
