Is this cover machine washable?

Hi, i do not recommend machine washing. The bike cover can be easily cleaned by wet towels or wipes.

will this work for an adult tricycle

I don't think so. The rear wheels are too wide apart to be completely covered by cover.

Will this cover withstand being on bikes on the back of my camper

This is a great cover for the money. However, on the back of a camper/RV I think I would run a strap around the bike/cover from bottom to top. I have it on my Giant Explore e-bike now. You could use the buckle/strap in the back and the very large grommets in the front to tie down and with a strap over the top I think that would be enough.
