My kids love the flavor of these, and they held up well in packaging. They dissolve easily after chewing so there's no weird textures. My kids didn't experience any mood changes and it really helped them sleep soundly and no side effects aside from helping them sleep.The size of the pill is perfect to chew quickly and easy to use.

Have 3 children that have used these tablets, my 6 year old uses them often and they work great on all 3 kiddos who are 6, 9, and 13. They say the taste is like candy. At their recent doctors check up I showed the doctor the ingredients and she said she sees nothing wrong with it at all even for taking them regularly.

These things changed my life!! I am going to bed at 9:30 now every day. I don't stay up on weekends anymore and destroy my schedule.I take them every day, 12 or 13 hours after I wake up. I have ADHD and it makes it extremely hard not to stay up late every day. Now, it's not a choice. I am 3 AM tired at like 9:00.I like how these taste too. They are kind of like strawberry fruit leather, but softer.

Works well and a nice low dose.

I recently tried this product to help my high-energy kids wind down at bedtime, and while it's not a miracle worker, it does a pretty good job. I noticed that it works gently, helping them to relax without making them groggy or overly tired. It's not a drastic change, but they do seem to sleep more peacefully once they settle in. Overall, I'm giving it three stars because, while it helps, it's not quite as effective as I had hoped. Still, it's a decent option if you're looking for something mild to help your kids get a better night's sleep.

My 3 yr old son has difficulty falling asleep and oftentimes sleeping thru the night. This works great for him! I even take it sometimes.

Used this for my 2 year old that takes awhile to fall asleep. Wiggles and kicks and after trying this, it has helped her fall asleep so much faster!!! Highly recommend!!

My son has childhood sleep insomnia so he used these to relax and fall asleep faster while his sleep meds worked in the background. At first we bought them from Amazon but noticed however Amazon is storing them, they’d get too warm and melt the granules on the gummy which helped it from turning into a giant lump. We started buying direct and that issue disappeared, however, the quality control of the packaging is lacking as the package had a small slice which cut the moisture-absorption packet, in which my kids were consuming. They complained it tasted funny but we didn’t realize until we got to the last couple weeks. The refund was issued and I cancelled my subscription to it but no replacement bag was sent, which wouldn’t be necessary, but it would have shown good faith customer service. So the product is 5 star, but the QC on the back end is 1 star.
