The first thing I do before purchasing anything is "READ THE REVIEWS" and search, search, and search to ensure I get the best option for the best price. This wasn't my first choice but the one I originally was going to purchase sold out; bummer! However, I don't regret it at all. This desk is such a clean, modern style with great stability. I always try to write a review bc I know that's exactly what I'm hoping from others. So.. My desk came quickly with Amazon Prime. If you don't have it, you'll want to! The box arrived, my husband brought it in because it is a bit heavy; I'd say 60 lbs I believe. I cleared out my office because you'll need a lot of room to put this desk together. I need everything organized, so I pulled everything out first, then placed everything in order from pieces 1 through 10 and tools A through G. I promise, you'll finish quicker this way. Trust the process. When I pulled out the desk top pieces, which there are 3 of; I will say I was scared because other people have had damage to theirs and on so many other things like this, I've received damaged, normally the corners. Well, the seller stepped up their game! They ensured the corners would not be damaged by adding these hard plastic protectors on each corner. I was definitely impressed by that! I pulled out the instructions, ensured all pieces and tools were there and began.DO NOT TIGHTEN ANY OF THE SCREWS UNTIL THE VERY END!! Go ahead and read that a few more times, because it is a must for this installation process. The first directions was to put numbers 1 and 2 together using numbers 3,4, and 5. This is where I messed up. Not sure this was from the directions being a bit confusing on this part or if I just made a simple, yet dumb mistake. On the numbers 3 and 4, there are two "HOLES" in each one that need to be placed correctly in order for the tops to screw into them. Be sure these holes are facing the opposite end of number 1. I attached them going the other way, where the holes are on the same end as number 1, so one part of my desk top is missing two screws since the holes are not aligned properly. You will also see on the directions that numbers 4 and 5 will have two holes in them that should be facing outward. These are not the holes I am talking about on items 3 and 4. These are actual screw holes, they are gold. Ensure these are facing outward because that is where the number 7's will go which are the "X" pieces that are considered I guess as place holders or extra support. Once you get past that step, everything else is simple. It did take me a good hour to put this together because I first organize and then build, and because the beginning instructions confused me.The negatives that I have is : The tool you use to screen everything together is super small, and I honestly just don't like not being able to use a power tool to get the job done quicker, but eh.. it was do-able. If you need to use the tower holder that comes with it, ensure you get a Phillips head screw driver. They should send one with the tools, but it appears a flat head was sent to me by mistake. I didn't need that part anyway, so I didn't put it together.Positives: Even though I was so worried I might receive this item with some sort of damage bc of the reviews, I am so happy to say there was NO DAMAGE at all. Not even a scratch! It was packaged very well. I think it may depend on your carrier as well. Our carriers know us by name and say hello at least 1-2 times a week so I'd like to think they take care of the package on their end. :)The end result: Its perfect to me. I love the light colors, the modern look, and its actually bigger than I though it would be which is awesome. And, it has sooo much leg room!I hope this helps someone. :)

great desk. easy to assemble. all the pieces were received. spacious and study. love it.

I am submitting this review after almost one year of use.This computer desk came with many nuts and bolts and it took awhile for one person to assemble. The instructions were clear and all the parts were labeled. The diagrams were clear, so no confusion here, except it took time.My partner is mostly using this desk for her sewing. She is very happy with her setup, in fact behind the chair is another table, making her setup a "U" shape. This is where her ironing station is located. This L-shaped desk is where her sewing machine is located and her computer.The table is very sturdy and robust which surprises me because it is in the lower price bracket of computer desks.After a year, the top of the desk isn't bending from the weight of the items on top of it either. There are no significant chips along the edges, but it looks as if the paint rubbed off a tiny bit in a couple of places. From afar this table looks as if it were still new, even after one year of use.Therefore I must give it 5 stars!

Easy to put together, looks good but one board was a bit damaged

This is a lot to assemble. It is a 2 person job. However, it will work for what I need. Seems to be sturdy and there is plenty of leg room.

I am a music producer running a studio out of my home. My desk was something cheap I picked up here and there. And it was time for something new. I ordered this desk as the price was really good item arrived about 2 weeks earlier than it was supposed to set up took give or take an hour with moving around all my equipment. Desk is very sturdy and well made. Only issue I had was that a couple small unimportant pieces were missing and some of the screw holes for the topper did not line up properly so I had to do without those screws which wasn’t a big deal. There’s about a 1/2 inch gap between one of the sections because of it. How ever what is important is that it does what it’s supposed to do and it’s extremely sturdy regardless which is one of the things I was worried about. I hope that if you’re reading this you mostly disregard what I have to say as my issues were very small and this is really a great product. I do plan to buy another in the near future as my studio grows!

I have to admit this desk has the best quality in the same price level inventories. Despite the carrier running late, it worth 9/10. Not very hard to assemble, all parts fit well with reasonable error. Much easier to assemble than all other products I bought these two weeks. BUT, USPS is extremely slow, and can’t track package in two days(even at the local office, they can’t contact to the courier who held my package), and running late(2 days later than expectations, also another 2 days because of no contact to the courier), and at last I had to picked it up by myself.
