They work great!
Great dishcloths/sponges! Very absorbent, dry fairly quickly, and scrub very well without damaging surfaces. For cleaning surfaces (stove, contertops, etc), or dishes, they work great in all cases. Thanks to their flexibility when wet, they are convenient to reach thight spots as well. The size is overall perfect, not too big, not too small. They are also very durable, and the price is fair. The design patterns make them cute too :)

Great sponges for the kitchen
I've been using these flat sponges for many years after a friend from Europe showed them to me. They absorb like a thick sponge but don't leave a lot of water behind when you wipe the counter. So the counter top dries quickly. You wring them out well and they work almost like a chamois cloth. I rinse them well after every use and sanitize them couple times a day in container of water with couple tablespoons of bleach. I put them in small lingerie bag to wash in washer. Can put them in top rack of dishwasher but that makes them wear out more quickly. I feel like these are more sanitary than sponges or dishcloths because I can wash them thoroughly and they dry out quickly. They never have an odor. I usually have 2 out at a time and replace them every few weeks.

best cloth to wash dishes and wipe surfaces- reusable, long lasting
Colorful , washable dishcloths are better than traditional dish cloth’s because these are lighter and easier to use. Substantial to hold up to numerous washings. Much more sanitary than a sponge. Perfect solution for washing dishes and wiping surfaces effectively while being kind to our environment.

mostly great - but a few caveats
First off, my package did not say "vileda" anywhere on the packaging so I feel these might not be the brand advertised. These dishcloths also do not have that diamond pattern on the back; the pattern on the back is just grooves.I have another dishcloth that was gifted to me for Christmas 2020 and that particular dishcloth has the diamond pattern. Also, my gifted dishcloth is a tad thinner than these "vileda" dishcloths. These dishcloths are thicker but they feel a little more like a sponge as compared to my gifted dishcloth. I am still using the first one from the package I bought, but after a couple of weeks of use, even with a weekly wash in the washing machine, the dishcloth is starting to slightly smell in between the washes. My gifted dishcloth (about 6 months older than these dishcloths) still does not smell in between the weekly washings in the washing machine. I do drape my dishcloths over faucets, etc. to let them fully dry after each use.On the plus side, these dishcloths do absorb liquids quite well and I have used one dishcloth for countless countertop cleanups. Works pretty well as a scrubber (for light to medium scrubbing jobs) too. I really like the decorative pattern and colors too and I am happy that my kitchen got a pop of color, even if the pop of color is a dishcloth draped over the kitchen faucet to dry, lol. With all of that said, I would not buy these particular dishcloths again as I feel that these are misrepresented (besides the branding, have you noticed there is no clear picture of the back side of the cloth?). If I were to buy more Swedish dishcloths, I will specifically look for the thinner ones with a diamond pattern. On the other hand, it looks like these will last a while so hopefully I simply will not need ANY dishcloths for a while.Update - I bumped the star rating from 3 to 4 as I am still using the first dishcloth out of the package I bought and the dishcloth actually no longer gets that lingering smell in between the washings (was I using it for some smelly cleanups or something?) while it is still holding up quite well. I'll take a few dishcloths and gift them to my family whenever I may see them so that they can cut down on their paper waste too. I am amazed how long it now takes us to use 1 roll of paper towels. Intending to keep it that way!

Great Product with cute designs
I absolutely love this Swedish dishcloth! It’s super absorbent, durable, and perfect for tackling spills and cleaning surfaces around the kitchen. Unlike traditional sponges, it dries quickly and doesn’t develop odors. Plus, it’s eco-friendly and reusable, which makes it a great sustainable alternative. A must-have for anyone looking to reduce waste while keeping their kitchen spotless!

Worth their weight in gold.
Wish I had bought these sooner. Super absorbent, quick to dry and long lasting. Good bye paper towels.

Saving money.
Soaks up water. Great as a dish cloth. Haven't washed them yet, but assume washable so saves paper towels.

They clean up easily.
They work well similar to a sponge pad . They rinse out well . It seems like you can get very clean by simply rinsing them out with soap and water . I think they are even better than a sponge. That’s why I use them at the health club to clean the machines . I find it much better than cheep paper towels. When they dry up the become hard . So, you have to figure out weather to wet them first before use or use them dry on a wet surface..
