I know for a fact I would have never paid $9 dollars for a packet of anything haha. Plus, Iâve never bought anything like this in bulk. Maybe they are currently price gouging? Or, maybe this particular product has more packets included now.

How to make in microwave?

Only if you know how to "Whisk" something in a microwave while it is running. Good Luck. p.s. The Hollandaise Sauce makes wonderful Eggs Benedict!!

My family loves this sauce

We love this Hollandaise sauce mix. It is easy to make. The consistency is perfect. We all love the taste. I just add some pepper to it and we are good to go. Delicious on top of eggs with a runny yolks and an English muffin. Sometimes it will be on sale and you can get 2 packs for a great deal.

Probably the best hollandaise sauce mix I've ever used. If you don't have time to make it from scratch, definitely keep a couple of packets of these around to use in a pinch. My husband couldn't tell the difference!!
