Does this work to patch a hole in a walking boot fabric?

I can't honestly say, as I have not tried it on walking boots. I used it to repair a coat and it worked well. The feel of the material really does feel like "tenacious". This was used some time ago. We were lucky, the material matched very closely to the material of the coat which was a waterproof rugged-type coat for outdoors and inclement weather. It worked well on that and has given no trouble.

Would this be suitable to repair a tear in a folding camp bed?

It's quite some time since I used this product, however, it impressed me with ease of use and its strength. I really think it might depend on how big the tear in the camp bed is, how strong the material on either side of the tear is and the possible weight of whoever would be using it. The product is strong but I only repaired a small tear not a long gash. If the material that the camp bed is made of is not strong, then it will not provide a good base for the material to adhere. If it were me, I would try repairing using the tenacious tape - it lives up to its name. But I would first look at the camp bed and consider whether the camp bed could support the repair.

Is this any good on gor tex boot

No, simply its for gortex fabric like tears in jackets or sleeping bags .
