I had to contact supplier as machine stopped working after 17 months and they have just sent me a brand new one. My dog will be very happy as I can start making her training treats again. Excellent service from Vitality 4 Life.

We returned this unit for ergonomic reasons, so cannot really comment on how well it works. basically the unit is very large and for some reason the controls are at the rear on the top of the machine, so to be able to see and operate them when the unit is on a kitchen counter my wife needs to get on a chair to reach that far back.Maybe trivial but annoying if using frequently. The return seems to be going OK so far so full marks there

Great size and easy to use controls. However, no longer working after using around once a month for making dog treats. Purchased Apr-19 which included 2 years of support, but May-21 (25 months later) the Biochef is no longer generating heat, only circulating cold air. Expensive to replace after such a short period.

The more I use it the more uses I find for it. Initially bought to dry my seasonal glut of tomatoes, which turn out excellent. Now drying all sorts of fruit, veg and herbs while they are in season. The machine is well built, stainless steel racks plus additional drying mats will last for years. Very pleased.

Works well. Easy 2 clean. 2 years on, I'm still delighted with this.

I bought the big one, So use it may be less but when I use it I can make huge quantities, WE love the result. Great item

Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Would be nice to have even more non-stick sheets, but that is just me being picky.

You wouldn't go wrong, high quality material and professional level operation.
