A 50 year old woman's perfect vitamin
Im almost 50 and did all the research I needed to find out the proper vitamins I need at this age. This has everything I need and then some. It's perfect for women 50 and older!

Too big
Easy to swallow if you put it on the side of your mouth, but I wish they were smaller. I tried another brand though that was smaller only to find I needed 2. A bottle of 60 was only 30 in reality. Prefer this brand. They are also easy to break in half making it a better deal, 60 is actually 60 days.

Great for 70 years old
