I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS! So, why now…???? THIS IS AWESOME! I have used prescription medications (I am a pharmacist) and not gotten results as quickly. To be clear this isn’t my first try with L-lysine, but it never worked as well as this. I wonder if it is the combo of the vitamin C and the probiotics? I don't know. It is expensive but I would still buy again and definitely recommend.

I’ve tried just about everything out there and nothing has ever worked like this product. Ever since I started taking it in November of 2021 (after the latest cold sore outbreak), I haven’t had any sign of a cold sore 7 months later, even through stressful life events and exhaustion which would normally trigger one in the past. As a child I only suffered an occasional outbreak every couple years, but since 2018 I’d started to get one every 2-3 months. After reading an article online about gut health and cold sores which led me to find this product, I had a hunch that the increase in outbreaks could be related to gut health because I remembered a couple of instances when taking antibiotics triggered an outbreak in the past, and I knew a strong immune system would keep them at bay because I never used to get them as often as a child. I’d tried other supplements and nothing worked. This product is not only effective in preventing outbreaks, but also helps with digestion and overall immune health (also haven’t been sick since I started taking it). This product has truly been life changing for me and I couldn’t be more thankful to have found it.PS I believe the people saying they received an expired product may be confusing the manufacture date on the bottom with an expiration date. The date throws you off at first but it clearly states MFG and not EXP

I am on 3rd bottle and have not had any breakout. It has nice blend that are good for skin. I also feel less fatigue. Amazing. I recommend to all.

At first I thought I didnt notice anything! I work in a nursing home and I had been away a few weeks when I started these because we were moving. When i went back several, not just one resident noticed it looked as if i had lost weight. I said not really but i appreciate the compliment! When i went home i realized my scrub tops fit loose around my belly and before I had been having to pull my scrub tops down over my bloated belly a lot feeling as if they were coming up. I hadn't been having trouble with acid reflux like I had been and I didn't feel bloated. I guess cause i had been so busy i just added this to my other vitamin schedule and didnt think much of it. Now that I'm back to work and things have calmed down a little more I realize this was really the only change I made during that time. I also feel a little more regular as well.What actually sent me in a search for these was having reoccurring cold sores and when I saw it has l-lysine plus probiotics it was a no brainers for me! I always feel so sick and sick to my stomach with cold sores and usually have acid reflux flaring from stress. I'm going to continue to buy and if I dont see another cold sore in a few months then I'm going to owe it to this. So far so good, I'm going on almost a month now!

I tend to get a cold sore once a month and I also get this shingles type rash on my lower back once a month. I was taking just a high dose of L-Lysine (1000mg twice a day) which seemed to work for a while then I started getting the rash and cold sores again. I saw good reviews for this so decided to try. I've only taken it for 2 mos so far but I also havent gotten a cold sore or that rash on my lower back either since taking it. I will continue to take it for now. Its alittle pricy to be honest so not sure how long I will keep ordering it. I do take the two required caps a day.
