When Real is Better Than Expected
These are initial impressions only. I'm used to TVS keyboards in the office and the laptop keyboard. This one is upgrading for personal use. Below are the points worth mentioning1. Sturdy keyboard with lots of weight, as expected2. Updated detachable cable from earlier attached cable, type C USB connectivity, a welcome upgrade3. Spare keys are browns only, little disappointment that no other option to customise4. Keys are custom Redragon keys, not Outmeu , however very smooth with little bump, nice to type in5. RGB is great. However it is not of my interest, as I am going to use the keyboard for typing only.Overall satisfying purchase so far.

Awesome, so silent, fast, strong
Detachable cable makes it more flexible in terms of uses, you can change cables, hell even use wireless connectivity via external connecters(only cable is provided other extra curricular activities u can do on your own)

Solid product !!
Keyboard typing feel is fantastic.Lights and effects are great. Also has per-key color setting, with and without light software. Using software, macros can be set.Has the correct sound for the brown keys.Definitely value for money.After 2 months, due to some reason, some keys and light stopped working as expected.Reached out to Origin support, they guided me very well for sending the product to them and serviced it for free as it's under 1 yr warranty. The service just took 3 business days.

Awesome typing experience and very nice customer service by origin marketing
The keyboard I got at first had some issue with switches. They were producing cling sound when released. After sharing my experience with origin marketing they asked me to ship it back (but at my own cost as the problem was not visual - which is ok, coated me under rs150 to ship from NCR to Mumbai). Once received they tested it and next day confirmed about the issue. They offered me to ship a new fresh piece but tested prior to delivery so I had to expect that box will be opened.During all these days Origin Marketing representative - Mahesh was very patient and helpful sending me videos of existing issue and fixed keyboard with typing experience. They finally shipped it to me - took them 7 days to resolve which is fine as they also need to get approvals etc.Origin Marketing sent me a small keychain and mug coaster as a token for apology. Overall very satisfied with Origin Marketing customer service and ofcourse an incredible keyboard with brown switches.

Worst product and no one will help you
Within 2 month it stopped working and you have no one to help. Their customer service ask you to send the product on your expense to Mumbai and if it get damage in transit you will be responsible , they are worst company and chinese based product. DO NOT BUY , TRUST MY WORDS ,. Go for Logitech or other brand who has customer service center no like this company who ask to send product yo them on your expenses.
