Great Product.
Great Hercules Product!. Good packing and came 90% assembled. Came with mudguards. Color is beautiful. Good stability.

I suggest the customers to go for showrooms to purchase the cycle.
The quality of cycle spares is very good. But firstly, I assembled it upside down I was facing difficulty in cycling it then I took it to a cycle showroom. There he fixed everything wrong and improper. Again it was a loss and I went to another showroom there he showed all the problems and he is now trying to repair it. I suggest the makers to isssue the assembled one because it cost me Rs. 1500 to repair it. I dont suggest customers to go online for purchasing.

Rear tube was puncture at the time of delivery itself
Rear tyre tube was flat while getting delivery. First I changed Valve, then it found that tube was puncture that is also in joints & puncture is not sticking. Now only the solution is to change the tube. Tube not available in nearby shops. If possible send a tube on exchange basis.

Defective item delivered
Received a manufacturing defect product. Front frame was mispalced and not able to fix front tyre. Having painting scratches on it already, means they are delivering a used product.

Check your item before despatch minutely so that customers don't have to face trouble
Got my delivery in time. But could not assemble myself as there was no tool kit. Only thing made me disappointed is that the front shock absorber was not aligned straight to fit the front wheel. Then I had to take it to mechanic shop where they aligned it straight using lever with big pipe. I got relieved after it was assembled and also did ride it fine. But distributer must check items before despatch and tools kit is also important if added.
