Great IEM system. You get what you pay for.
Works perfectly, as expected. I use AA Energizer Lithium batteries and easily get 6 hours+ without a dropout or any sort of interference from other wireless devices onstage. SE215 earbuds sound good to me since I prefer not to have a very elevated treble sound. They are warmer sounding than many others and only thing I changed was to get an 8 core upgraded cord on the earbuds since I don’t like the stiffer stock cord or the wire around the ears. This new cord has the softer precurved area around the ears which is much easier to put on and more comfortable. Everything comes in the package so was simple to relocate antenna to the front after rack mounting. Much clearer sound, easier frequency finder and easy to sync. A great system with no weaknesses.UPDATE-after quite a few gigs I am happy to report that I am getting 10+ hours using the AA Energizer Lithium batteries I mentioned previously. Certainly better battery life than I expected, especially after seeing a few negative battery opinions. I turn off the receiver pack between sets and am getting well over three, three hour sets. No dropouts, great sound and quick scan and frequency acquisition. As mentioned above I changed to a better cable and am using medium foam tips which give better isolation and more low end punch when comparing to stock silicone tips. One of the best gear purchases I’ve made.

Significant upgrade over Galaxy AS-1100
I have used a Galaxy Audio AS-1100 every Sunday for the past 7 years. I always thought it was a decent low-budget system. I have a pair of custom-molded IEMs instead of the stock ear buds, and that makes a huge difference. Still, there was a fair amount of intermittent audio interference, and the sound always felt like it had a fuzzy wool blanket over the top of it.After a few too many drops, the battery compartment on the body pack finally broke, so rather than replacing just the body pack, I invested in a new system; the Shure Shure PSM300 P3TRA215CL. I had no idea what I was missing! The sound is significantly clearer and more open, with no noticeable interference. Construction felt very solid, sound quality is fantastic. I highly recommend this unit as an upgrade to lower-end IEM systems.

The real deal.
Front man, lead vox and rhythm guitar (acc + elec.) I use custom in ears which makes the experience even better.Right off the batt I noticed my mic technique and strumming/picking technique improved. LESS STRAIN on your vocals, what a difference! I was worried that I might blast my ear drums but that did not happen. I kept the volume low (the custom IE's might have helped) and only made minor adjustments to sound level during my performances. Tip: make sure you have a great mix, this takes time and patience. I use my iPad and control my mix on stage. As for quality: the thing is built to last, especially the body pack. Sound quality is great, haven't had any interference problems so far playing bars to restaurants, hotels, and larger venues. Get ready to go through batteries though, looking to buy the lithium ion batteries because of that. But this is understandable, and it wouldn't hinder my decision.Totally recommend it!

Game changer on stage!
As a musician new to in-ear monitors (IEMs), my first experience with them was transformative. I play both keyboards and horn, and achieving an immersive piano sound has always been a challenge. These IEMs excel in delivering a rich and engaging audio experience.A notable enhancement comes from utilizing a stereo feed—running both left and right signals from the mixer significantly improves sound quality. Additionally, I integrated the MA400 1-channel Monitor Headphone Amp between the mixer and the IEM system. This setup allows for the addition of a microphone that facilitates communication with fellow musicians without transmitting sound to the mains—a crucial feature when stage presence demands seamless interaction. One common drawback of using IEMs is the isolation from ambient stage sounds, making it difficult to communicate with performers and the audience when not on a live mic. The MA400 effectively resolves this issue, ensuring clear communication while maintaining the benefits of in-ear monitoring. While the overall sound quality is excellent, I find myself wishing for slightly more resonance in the lower frequencies. A future upgrade to higher-end ear pieces may address this preference, though the current setup is more than adequate for professional use. Whether for live performances or studio applications, these IEMs deliver outstanding audio and will meet the needs of discerning musicians.

Love it
Great product works perfectly for what I need to do. Sound quality is great also. The ear sponge can't change tho and they do suck batteries but I find they work very well with duracell rechargeables

Disappointing purchase
I bought a Shure PSM300 P3TRA215CL and they sent me a UA844 Distribution System that's half the price and useless. Now I have to send this product back to Amazon via international shipping for a refund. It's unacceptable that a company like Shure makes these mistakes.

Great On Stage System
This product is well designed and reduces the need for significant onstage monitoring systems.Fits well in the musician's ear or singer's ear and does decent sound nullification and has reasonable range. The ability to manage your own in ear mix is a plus too..Sound quality is pretty good with respect to sensitivity to audio frequencies. Not too heavy, but the receiver could be a bit smaller is all.
