Do not buy!!!
Don’t buy this belt!! After a few uses; I swear less that 5 times, my belt started tearing! When I contacted the company about a refund, they charged me for another - which I never received. Beware of this company! I plan on reporting them so they won’t do this to someone else! I am a faithful Amazon purchaser but dislike BAD companies selling something that doesn’t hold up! I highly recommend purchasing the Speedo belt instead!

Not comfortable for my particular body.
These are not well made. I feel like they were misrepresented as they are small cubes attached to a belt and the belt rides up over my waist. They hold me up but they require constant adjustment.They also came all the way from England which is my fault for not being more observant. They took forever to get to me. I am in Florida! I could have gotten it locally. It’s too far to send them back and not worth my while. Another mail order lesson for me to learn.
