Goes right on and is a stellar upgrade
Tip: Get the 8274 rear cylinder cover that works so well with this. Anyway, this went right on with no problems. I was worried that some reviewers had so much trouble with this installation, but when I got it it was literally 4 bolts, lol. I got the rear cylinder cover at the same time to cover up some corrosion and the results are outstanding. Highly recommended.

On 8 June 2022 Put on my 06 FLTRI.
Looks better then hoses going to engine guard.If it does not work I'm making another M1 oil bottle heat shield I know it works.Why couldn't you have used size 4.5 mm Allen wrench for all four screws? But, No you had to use a 4mm Allen Wrench on the short one! Wonderful more tools for tool BAG.Be safe out there.

This is a great looking product once its installed.The installation is very difficult. The directions are confusing and it will take you more than one attempt to get it in place. When its done you'll be pleased on how it enhances the look of your Harley.
