This facial massager is easy to use – just charge it then turn it on and cycle through the different modes depending on what you want to target.I like the fact that there are helpful instructions on how to use the device. The instructions include little pictures showing you how to move the device on your face. It’s mostly in an upward motion to help lift your facial muscles.I’ve been using the eye function the most.What you do is put whatever eye cream you use on with little dabs and then you use the device to lightly tap it under your eye. The vibration is set to pulse every 2 seconds, so you don’t have to worry about leaving it on a spot too long. It has made it easier for me to put the cream on without pulling on my skin.I like the red heat setting too. I use that mostly on my forward where I have some deeper lines. It has made them less noticeable.

This device is amazing for cooling therapy! The ice-cold effect is strong and so soothing—perfect for reducing puffiness and calming the skin. Plus, it’s super easy to use and works quickly. Definitely a must-have for skincare lovers!

The device provides cooling or heating effect to my skin as advertised, but I am not sure how to use it and it does not provide clear instructions. I like that it recharges via USB.

When it arrived, there was something rattling inside and I could hear it loose, but it was working at least. After a couple of uses and having charged it still, it does not work anymore and does not power on at all. I can speak to the design of it that it’s a lot better than some of the other one, especially because it has a base and can stand on its own.

It did not come with enough directions for how to use it.Facial pads are mentioned, but I have no idea where to get them, what size they would be, etc.There is a plastic cover that does not stay on.I thought the base would be for charging, but it's just a stand.This charges with an included microUSB cable. It would have been so much more convenient if a USB-C port and cable were used instead.Unfortunately my experience with this tool was not positive and I don't plan to keep using it.
