I love this Upgraded Portable Air Conditioner! It’s compact yet powerful, making it ideal for my bedroom and home office. PROS: Small and lightweight, great for a desktop cooling fan. The colored nighttime lights that cycle are great to provide ambiance, and they also alert you to not knock it over. CONS: IF you are looking for a cooler to really cool off an area, versus desktop - DON’T buy! The cooling ability is really poor. Even though I read the comments, I still bought TWO and wished I hadn’t. Even IF you fill the water reservoir with cold water and lots of ice cubes, the ice cubes melt fairly quickly leaving you with roughly the same air temp output as a small fan would. TIPS: the water fill line can be found outside of the water reservoir next to the water level “window”. I would recommend filling it with ice cold water followed by lots of ice, versus just plain water. Just make sure you don’t go past the fill line (again, the ice melts quickly so keep that into consideration). Also, the moisture wick can be found by opening the water reservoir, locating the black plastic tube and pushing the tube in slightly and twisting it. Then make sure you submerge it with water first before you put it back into the little black tube. Lastly, once you’re done filling the unit with water, make SURE that push button on the side CLICKS before you pick up to transfer it or else…you’ll see why if you don’t. LOL! Lastly, the outside of the water reservoir really sweats with condensation so keep that in mind. I had to wipe it off several times. Don’t place it anywhere on a nice wood finish. My best advice is if you’re really looking for a fan that blows long lasting strong “cool” air for more than just a small desk for your face, keep looking.

Recently I bought this portable Ac and it is working perfectly fine.With three wind speeds and mist the space temperature cool down very fast.It has 7 color night light and the 2-4 hour timer for nighttime use. It operates quietly, making it suitable for sleep or focused work.

Absolute worst product I’ve ever gotten. I would give it a -10 stars if I could. This item is complete trash. Even when my put my face within a half an inch from it it gave the slightest whisper of a breeze. It doesn’t even almost work. This product should be illegal to sell. What a joke.

Very disappointed in this. It was useful for about 6 nights and now, even with replaced inner sponge, gets only modestly cool at best. This is not helpful, not a good fit for my needs. No value in this purchase.

For some reason I thought this was going to be bigger. I didn't check the dimensions properly before purchasing. However it's pretty powerful for it's size and it uses only a couple watts of power which is good for me living off grid on solar.The only thing I don't like is that the misting feature has started to not work so well after about a month. I've had to take it out and put it back in a couple times, and this last time it wouldn't spray when I tightened the screws all the way back down. I had to leave them open a little bit so that the spray would come up.The mister was really strong for the first month or so but then stopped. I fiddled with it and was able to get it spraying again but it's about half what it was at the beginning.Don't know if anyone else has this problem I'm wondering if it could be my hard water.

It's exactly what I needed for this unbearable heat. It's very easy to use. It's made exactly for our need for heat. It's highly recommended and effective for my personal daily use when I'm working from home. The cold water with ice is what gives it that magical touch of freshness.

If I could leave less than a star I would. THIS DOES NOT WORK. It’s simply a fan that mists. It does not get cold even when filled completely with fresh ice cubes. I tested it with a thermometer and it actually made a space hotter. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY!!!
