Worth the price, great for tracking
For the price, it's a great set of headphones. I use them in the studio all the time. Nice long cable for studio work, too long for a pair of street headphones, but that's not why I got them. Good range of sound, respectable bass, big but very comfortable. Pretty sturdy, I've used them for several months and there's not much wear and tear. Not quite high quality enough for mixing (to be expected at this price) but I use them all the time for studio monitors and engineering. Bang for the buck, they're totally worth it.

Great Deal!
When I purchased these headphones two months ago, they were only $30, which is a great deal for their quality. They sound great for budget headphones. They have excellent bass response, and though the highs and mids are a little lacking, for thirty dollars I don't care so much. They are very lightweight and have an auto fit headband which is really nice. The earpads are comfortable. The materials feel strong and durable. I use these when I am recording someone other than myself and I need to hear their performance as it is being recorded. These are semi-open headphones, which means that they don't isolate and they leak noise, so I don't recommend these for tracking with a microphone. Closed-back headphones would be better suited for that purpose. I don't mix with these so I cannot provide information about that. The only issue I have had so far is that I have not figured out how the cable detaches. I don't know if it really does detach. Overall, they are great headphones for the price.

Great sound quality for the price tag
Really good sound quality once broke in a little. I could see using for both studio/mixing and for everyday use. Sturdy build. A little heavy. Very comfortable though. Only 4 stars because the battery life is lacking compared to other brands in this category. Not as hi fidelity as my fostex I use for mixing but they are too far off and probably will break in a bit more with time. I recommend these on sound quality for the price alone. Blew jbl out of the water and even beats at the same price tag. Great for traveling. Great quality over all.

Solid set of grab and go phones
Surprisingly good sound. Solid build. No issues after two months of regular use. Not audiophile quality, but for working out parts while home recording, silent practicing, etc, these are an excellent choice at a fraction of the price. More than loud enough, relatively transparent, across the frequency range. You will sacrifice a bit of sibilance, and a slight bit bit of clarity in the lower mids, compared to pricier models, but that is not their role. Need a set to toss in the gig bag that you're not going to fret about, that will give you 95% of your studio grade stuff, this is it.

HD5 - Disappointing sound quality
The build quality is very good. I really like the dampened metal sliders for adjustment. The long cable from the left earcup is very usable for a studio situation. The screw-on 1/4" adapter is perfect. Comfort is good, but they do compress your ears somewhat.Unfortunately, the sound is not good enough for studio work. The vocals sound harsh, and the surrounding frequencies are similarly tainted. Bass sounds fine, as does upper treble. (all as compared to other mid priced studio headphones)Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $20 or more for a set of headphones with better sound quality.

great sound...it can be connected both wired and bluetooth
I bought these for home studio use mainly. the fact that they are both wired and bluetooth makes it work with my phone and other devices also, just not at the same time. my roland V Drums sound great with the ANC (noise cancelling) on especially.
