TOPORIA'S 1,000 mg substantial daily dosage of Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) has represented the magic incredient toward substantially reducing the painfulness of this condition. For me -- and I'm sure -- many others; the key is consuming substantial amounts of ALA on a consistent daily basis. However, most supplement products that claim to successfully reduce neuropathic pain only contain 100 to 300 mg of this vital incredient.Another reason I elected to try this product is because it's NOT LOADED WITH MASSIVE DAILY DOSES OF VITAMIN B12. Been using this vitamin for a while now, hoping to help heal damaged nerves. Which take a long time to heal. I pray in the future it will cause torn nerves to heal faster. Hasn’t helped with my nerve pain now, unfortunately for me. Easy to swallow. I hope to know more if this helps in the future, trying it on a longer time schedule. We’ll see ???

So, I am a diabetic I've never been diagnosed with neuropathy because I suck at going to the dr. But my feet are numb/tingly all the time. And I have these itch like pains that come in different areas of my feet thats also started to happen in my hands. It's debilitating, wakes me up out my sleep, happens when im driving, in the store and I have to go go outside and rub my foot for up to an hr sometimes. I didn't think there was anything that could help until I looked this stuff up...I've only taken it for 2 days but there is a noticeable difference already. I'm not trying to jinx it but I feel like I've gone almost the whole 2 days with no pains. If this continues to work like this it will be life changing 🙌 fingers crossed!

Fast shipping. ALA was recommended by my husbands neurologist. This seems to be a good value. I have been taking ALA for a little over a year and will probably change to this brand as it is a better value.
