Perfect! Great for small schnoodles
My small Schnoodle does not mess with this at all even if I have it hooked on the two upper hooks and the two bottom hooks are not even attached. He still doesn’t enter in because it’s blocked. Set up was a breeze under five minutes, maybe even less than that. Easy design easy installation the hooks have very sticky tape so be careful applying it to walls that have paint because it might chip off. But that just shows it’s stable to keep the gate up. I am very impressed. This is definitely better and easier to keep my dog out of the living room when I’m at work. I have a problem with him, pulling all the pillows down off all the couches and leaving accidents so this helps control him instead of taking him out every two hours with that gate up. It’s now 3 to 4 hours with him being three years old. He should be able to be continent for a slightly longer period. I’m just happy to come home and the living room stay in a neat way. I am impressed it’s only 2 days he is already use to it and his boundaries. Thank you!!

Will hurt walls!!!
DO NOT BUY we got two. We got them because we didn’t want wall damage. Boy did that backfire. One for stairs and one for doorway. One of our dogs tried to squeeze through wall and gate. It took the paint and drywall off in both spots. Now I need to spackle and paint both areas…. And get new gates.

🐕Mesh Miss: Didn't Quite Cut It for My Canine Houdini🐕
I was initially drawn to this mesh gate for its seemingly easy installation and the promise of keeping my dog out of certain areas. While the setup was indeed straightforward, and the gate seemed reasonably durable at first, it unfortunately didn't hold up to my large dog.Within a few months of use, my dog was able to easily push through or maneuver around the mesh. It simply wasn't a strong enough barrier for a determined, larger breed. I ended up having to purchase a larger, more robust plastic gate shortly after, which has proven to be a much more effective solution. If you have a smaller, less persistent dog, this gate might work fine. However, if you own a medium to large-sized dog, especially one that's determined to get through barriers, I'd recommend looking for a sturdier option. This mesh gate, while convenient, ultimately wasn't a long-term solution for my needs.

Work great and easy to use
These are great! While training my puppy i got these so he would stay out of the bathroom and kids room but still be easy to get in and out of rooms for my kids. They keep him out and he hasn't tried jumping them or going under them. When he is fully trained it will be easy to just put these up for another time and not take up so much room.

These work well - may want to take all the way off when not using it
These work really well when they are up and closed, however they don't have a nice neat "open" way to store them while still attached on one side. You may need to create your own mechanism for wrapping it up when also open. It is very easy to remove completely and put back up though, so if you have a good place to store it nearby, you can always just take it all the way down when you want it open and then put it back up. I also tried rolling it up to the side, and used a curtain tie to keep it rolled up, but it wasn't very tight and still looked kind of messy. Also, depending on how small your pet is, you may need to tack down the bottom middle if it's not tight enough going across. One of my Poms is very crafty, and he was able to push under it, despite it being relatively taught. I put a nail in the middle right under the lip of the top stair, and I poke it through the bottom of the screen when it's up. Works great. Just make sure the nail is in far enough and covered enough that no one can scrape their foot on it as they're climbing the stairs. Make sure you measure the opening and order the right size as well. You want it to be tight going across, but not too far from the walls that your pets or kids can climb through the gaps on the sides.

There are better options
Received an open boxed item, no instructions, quality is mediocre, didn't stay in place. Damaged wall. The hooks are supposed to be like command strips, but it actually damaged my walls as it got pulled off.We buy the dog pushing into the screen

Safety for our dog while outside
Great price and easy to use. Good quality and lightweight. Works good on my front porch keeping my dog on the porch while sitting outside. He's a runner if he gets outside on his own. We have to chase him down. Great for his safety. Stickiness and lockabilty are very adequate.

Great Temporary Solution
Great as a temporary solution and/or for dumb dogs; definitely not children. I just needed something temporary while I have my foster dog, who chews on everything and has had a couple of accidents in the house. There is an option to screw the hooks into the wall, which I did not want to take advantage of since this was meant to be temporary, so when my household dog went barreling down the stairs, he went right through it and ripped a hook off of the wall taking the paint with it. Thankfully 2 additional command strips were sent with the kit, so I was easily able to fix it, and to better secure another that wasn’t aligned perfectly. Taking that other hook off of the wall was easy and did not result in paint removal. As far as the mesh, itself, it seems strong enough to be usable for quite some time. If dogs/children jump on it, I can see a disaster potentially happening, so I would not recommend for placement at the top of stairs. Additionally, the sides pucker a little, so if your dog is smart and small enough to get through the gap, this might not be the best solution for you. The 65 lb foster dog got through the gap, but my 75 lb household dog wouldn’t even try it. He’s an angel. 😜
