No preservatives, consistent, great taste!
It's almost impossible to find any brand of coconut cream now that doesn't contain preservatives of some sort. This brand is a bit more expensive but worth it.

Be aware this is an extremely small can of coconut cream (minute)
I guess it may be my own fault but this is a TINY, TINY, TINY can and I was shocked when it arrived.Way too expensive for the size that I received. Cannot recommend unless you don't mind paying a fortune for so little product. I have not used the product yet but amazon keeps asking for a review so here it is. Once I use it, I will probably add to this review to say how it tasted.

I could not find this anywhere. I needed it for a coconut cake. I found it on Amazon. It was perfect.
