Q: How can it be used in other countries?

Our product is designed to automatically adapt to voltages of 110V, 120V, 220V, 230V, and 240V without the need for manual switching. Simply bring a converter plug, and you can use it in any country around the world.

Q: How much water can be boiled at one time?

You can brew 1-2 cups of coffee at a time, with a recommended water volume between 380ml and 450ml.

Q: How to remove limescale?

Add lemon to the water, boil it, and let it sit for 12 hours to easily remove limescale.

Q: How long does it take to heat up?

It can heat a cup of water to near 212℉ in 6-8 minutes, but different amounts of water and altitude can affect the heating time.

Q: How should I clean it?

Please do not wash in a machine or immerse in water, as this may damage the electronic components. Clean the interior using the provided brush.
