Works
After a couple weeks the details have started peeling off, but otherwise the toaster works fine for toasting bread.

Creeper toaster
We bought this for our granddaughter, who is a big minecraft fan. She loves it. It makes a creeper pattern on the bread. She already has a creeper mini-fridge.

So cute
My kids will love it. I'm going for a warm, rich, Alice in Wonderland, Fairytale look/feel. So far so good

Fun for kids and Minecraft fans!
As advertised, this toaster cooks a creeper face into the inserted toast. You need to use a "standard" square sized slice of bread in order for it to fit in the toaster. And probably white or wheat bread. We normally stock our pantry with oblong sourdough bread, so we have to cut the sides of the bread down, and the texture doesn't toast up in an ideal way.So, for a variety of reasons, this isn't the best toaster for adults. But it's a real hoot for the little ones. Our 8 year old (almost 9) nephew loves it!

Standard Slices - ONLY
So, as others have said, you can only fit the standard sized bread slice in it, but it cooks good, the design is imprinted on one end of the slice only, but it's still pretty cool. But again, the title suggests for bagels, waffles, and breads, but you can do it only if they're the size of your standard bread slice.
