I have some sleep issues that hamper my ability to feel rested and energized when waking. I found this and and decided to give it a try. It definitely perks me up in the morning. Sometimes I take it mid-day if I'm feeling a little sluggish.The taste is good; tastes like cherries, although sometimes a bit tart. The dropper can sometimes be inconsistent, but aside from that, I really like this liquid b-complex. It's affordable daily energy in a bottle. Feels better than green tea; far less stimulating.

These are great vitamins. They have no taste. They are easy to swallow. And I feel better when I take these. These are a re-purchase for me as I take these daily mail for several months.

This is a very good supplement. My energy had been quite low and labs showed I was low in B vitamins. Methylated B vitamins are much more absorbable and these along with a sublingual B12 had really helped my energy levels.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My first bottle of this vitamin went cloudy after it was below 1/2 used. I thought maybe somehow I’d contaminated it, ordered another bottle. Right on schedule the second bottle has gone from clear red to milky pink once below 1/2 used. Intuitively, that can’t be good. Stored at constant 75 degrees as recommended. I’ll pass.
